Even though I feel shite I managed to motivate myself to do a get fit side stepping with Rick. It was only 9 mins long but made me feel well better moodwise! I done the Bruno Mars one even though I don’t really like him, luckily it was 3 of my favourite songs by him

Got a mad craving for some meat so going to have steak and chips for tea tonight I think.

So glad work is over my brain is mushed. I went to make a drink this afternoon and instead of putting cordial into water I put milk

In a mood this evening, idek what it is. Might be the monday staring at me. My coworker is on leave this week and I'll be doing everything on my own. Hopefully it won't be too busy, I don't think my emotional or physical balance can take it at the moment. Had a massive and very beige lunch, I'm still full but I also want a snack. Someone zip my mouth shot please. I'll get myself a small glass of mastika and hope that the rest of the night can be salvaged. Meh.

I’ve pretty much been led down most of the day.
Had some soup but couldn’t taste it. Annoying.

Weekends go far too quickly. Not looking forward to another week at work.

I can not get motivated today. Slept well but just feel... Meh.
Had plans to do a workout, walk to the library, pick up my prescription and treat myself to lunch out.
Instead I'm curled up under a blanket watching young Sheldon and feeling pretty bored. But now I'm stuck in waiting for deliveries for the rest of the afternoon

My start date for work has been and gone but DBS checks still aren't back. I don't think that's helping the mood

He’s a typical engineer, likes to fix things and when he can’t it’s obviously because he’s too dumb (not because the thing is too broken to fix or requires specialist knowledge).
Might have to lightly ‘break’ the dishwasher tomorrow so he can fix it and get an ego boost

Morning all,

Yes as predicted, bad night sleep, not because of my chest though.. because of my vivid dreaming. I wish my brain would just sit down and shut the F up!! Literally jolted awake, sat straight up almost certain there was someone in my room hiding from me.. I begin to wake up properly and realise I was dreaming and went back to sleep.

I'm feeling ok, just need about a litre of coffee. Hope everyone has a good day..
