That Nick guy is Nick Candy. Him and his brother built a mega real estate empire and are billionaires. They are the ones that built that monstrosity next to the Mandarin Oriental called One Hyde Park. Those penthouses are upwards of 50 to 60 million and you are facing your neighbor across from you. Ok granted you have a view of Hyde Park but that's just a fraction.

I am assuming that NIck is British and Barbielips traveled in his social circles at some point lurking for a wealthy suitor - but why would he waste time with her unemployed, juvenile, obnoxious husband. I'm assuming that probably Holly and CS are friends from her time with Cem (they follow each other on Instagram). Speaking of Cem, he posted a couple stories with the boys on a yacht with them. What a difference between him and her. He basically is the one spending time with them.

I can see the staff and any wealthy guest running and hiding when they walk into Raffles!! There outlandish request and treatment of the lovely staff are sickening and I would bet the bank they don't tip! I am married into a family business of designing and building homes and other real estate. I can tell you 1000 percent it does not take this long to throw up a town house. Either they have run out of money and can't finish the project or the builders have found a project (like building NIna's home) where they are making more money and these townhomes are not a priority. I am not sure how it is everywhere, but in the States they can put those up in 6 weeks. I love how Slimy Sergayo walks around and says they are hand selecting every thing for the house. The real question you bozo is show us what upgrades you have selected. Of course you have to select the standards but I can guarantee you bonny and clyde don't have a penny to spend on upgrades! I have been saying that from the beginning - IQ28 is running this show. He is the dangerous type of person that smiles all the time but behind the scenes is always scheming. She is so obnoxious that I feel zero sympathy for her. This is random info, but about Nick Candy’s wife, Holly Valance used to be on the now cancelled Australian drama TV show ‘Neighbours’ (ended this year) but Holly was Felicity Sculley on the show back in the early 2000’s. She also has got songs she released in 2002-2003. Though in 2018, her half sister, Olympia went to Coachella with Caroline, Juliet and Luke? (Plus other people).
