And it’s really off putting that not only do they get it for free but also they get totally different treatment at all these venues compared to paying guests, to promote the places.

That’s the bit that really grinds my gears! I cannot stand the wee personal note they get in the room on arrival, along with the cakes/sweets/drinks Teddy for the kids etc. A PAYING customer gets sweet FA unless they pre-book and pay through the nose. There’s no way Caroline, who would peel an orange in her pocket, would ever spend the pound note in these places.

I'd say she's a right little control freak behind all the smiles.
The smile is only on one side of her face-which is very symbolic. The minute she starts talking to all these stall people goes up on her tiptoes- the “little ol me” act again
