I’ve had it once in my entire life and I couldn’t do anything but lie in bed and try to sleep. If someone had put a bag containing a million pounds downstairs and said “if you go and pick it up now, it’s all yours” I’d have still stayed in bed.
Real flu is completely debilitating, I felt like my entire body had been hit with a sledgehammer, high fever causing hallucinations. I know it affects everyone differently but…
