Has anyone read Andrew Brady's blog post? He is attacking Dan Wooton saying he should be fired! He's saying that the press used to pick unflattering pics of Caroline to post? I've always thought she looked great in any press pics I've seen on her?

He's also saying that celebrities love lives should be private but Caroline herself posted photos on her own Instagram of her boyfriends. I thought after the bad split with Andrew she would keep her next relationship private but she didn't. If you value your privacy then why post about your love life on your open Instagram account? There are plenty of celebs who don't post anything about their love life on their instagram accounts.

Stories are varied. Again press making stories without knowing full facts.

One said a friend staying with her went to the shop and couldn’t get back in on her return so called her dad who came and found her.

Now it states passing police were flagged down by people and she was found laying down.
Several saying twin sister found her, others saying sister only identified her.

Sad all round. Absolutely awful.
Just on the news, she was found hanging, her father took her down, the police arrived and she was on thr floor obvs because her dad had taken her down, they tried to revive her then paramedics took over. Her sister who had arrived with her dad identified her. That's a formality. Very sad situation. Horrendous for her father and sister.

Yes, I wouldn't think they would actually describe what was on it. They will just say whether the evidence supports the complaint or not. There's a possibility the family might disclose stuff to the press from the report, or after the inquest I suppose.
I imagine whatever is on that bodycam footage was DEEPLY troubling for CF. I don’t know how credible the officer’s statement that the scene was ‘like something from a horror movie’ is but there was clearly a lot of blood, which I’m sure was on both CF and LB, she was allegedly in a state of undress, distressed and was drunk too so just piecing the bits of information together - you can imagine a pretty shocking and upsetting scene. She was apparently acting belligerently towards the police officers, I assume that’s on camera, and she may have continued to be abusive towards LB too - and he may have been saying all sorts back to her. CF must have been terrified of stills or footage from that night getting into the public domain and how she would reconcile that with her ‘brand’; her positive, happy, upbeat ‘all about the love’ brand ☹ I’m sure there are ways the fallout could have been mitigated but I can imagine how afraid she was, and that she couldn’t see a way for her life to be back on track after that. If the resports of her suffering bipolar are true then that will have compounded matters even further. I have a friend who has bipolar and unmanaged, she can be completely unrecognisable in her behaviour - it is truly awful and so confusing for her. All of this is just so incredibly sad and I cannot imagine the pain and distress CF experienced in her last months. I hope she has found her peace now.

So the article that has been shared this morning just goes to prove that you don’t know what happens behind closed doors and you cannot for one second believe anything that the press says. I hope all those armchair CSI melts who have been calling her a domestic abuser all week feel ashamed of themselves!

No one is a saint, everyone makes mistakes...
Caroline didn't seem like a nasty or evil person.
She was very vulnerable.
I agree with this wholeheartedly however still think it's awful the police and cps are getting a hard time over it all especially from Lewis Burton. Ultimately he made a phone call to 999 to say she was assaulting him, the police responding by going to the house and obviously made an arrest based on that 999 call and what they seen in the house. The cps decides to persue based on all that evidence. Everyone makes mistakes but there are unfortunately consequences to mistakes. I work within the justice system, 99 percent of the prison population are vulnerable with trauma, mental health, addiction etc if they stopped pressing charges against vulnerable people there would be no charges being pressed

I think it's pretty shitty to tell people how to grieve.
If that’s aimed at me then as I said, each to their own. To me it smacks of these celebrities paying lip service and then straight back to business as usual. My opinion.

The picture showing the victims head is ridiculous and pointless. His hair and hands could have been used to cover parts of the wound, to make it look like a tiny scratch.

I also think it's pretty horrible to show a victim's injuries, with him saying "She didn't hurt me much. This isn't even a bad cut."

We should not be minimising domestic violence, and the effect that it has on victims. Whatever happened that night, he has ended up wounded.

The way people are behaving in the wake of Caroline’s death - not just her friends and celebrities but the London tube sign etc, it’s making me wonder if I dreamt up that she assaulted her boyfriend and was accused of domestic violence.
Correct. Accused. And I think it would be not only insensitive, but down right cruel to forget that this woman was still a daughter, a granddaughter, a niece and a friend. She had a family, and they have lost someone they loved, regardless of the actions she may, or may not have done. And I’m not sure in any circumstance death by your own mental health from bullying from the media or otherwise is a justifiable punishment for Whatever happened between two people.

I wonder would Piers be as forgiving and downplaying it’s seriousness if it were Meghan who thew a phone at Harry? 🤔😏

I've been in her position but never had the guts although really really wanted to. I had kids at the end of the day. And that teaches me balls all. If you're in the grips of it that's it. She looked unwell on the valentines post, no way did it look like her. She was an absolute diamond of a girl but I never knew her, she could have suffered for years and no one could of known. Nothing is going to bring her back. No one is going to ever learn. Sadly, and I really mean that, in a years time 'be kind' will be a distant memory. It's very raw now but over time it won't be. Just remember the Flack of who she really was. A lovely bubbly person with a very distinctive laugh! All this means shit. Good night god bless ❤❤❤

Not a word about her boyfriend in that post. She knew she'd screwed her career at itv, obviously in need of serious help. If she'd changed her plea to guilty, nothing would be been revealed in court, her management advised against to keep her career going.
I also note nothing about social media, so all the #bekind stuff looks like the usual self pitying rot from the usual suspects.

I find all this #bekind stuff very belittling. There was a lot of pent up anger within Caroline. Obviously she hurt Lewis and previous boyfriends because she was angry, she hurt herself because she was angry. It could be that the red mist descended which caused her to kill herself. I've had these issues myself and the times I've tried to kill myself have usually been because I was so angry I just wanted to die. Being angry makes you lose total control. I've never hurt anyone else though just myself. I get the impression she may have been in a mid fit of rage and killed herself, thinking and thinking and getting angrier and angrier until.... People seem to think she just sat down and planned it, theres not always a clear thought process going on.

New poster here, hi all. After seeing the photos of her flat earlier this week I did wonder if Caroline had hanged herself. She must've been determined to end her life while her friend popped out, and I do wish people wouldn't keep trying to blame the CPS and the media. Andrew Brady had dialled 999 in 2018 when he was worried Caroline was going to kill herself, she self harmed the night she attacked Lewis in December, and her friend dialled 999 on Friday night because she was worried about Caroline, before Caroline finally killed herself the next day. She was obviously a very troubled woman and no matter how sad her death is, I think she was always going to end up doing this unfortunately.

Absolutely agree with this. I've been thinking more that it was something along these lines over the last day or so.

Maybe she did go through his phone and started to self harm? He tried to stop her, she threw the lamp at him - that's what @MorrisseysCat said, who has a friend in the know said and we already know that CF was still wild when the police for there flipping a table over and having to be physically restrained on the ground - she's tiny compared to him though so not sure how he's end up with a cut on the top of his head? He called the police and over exaggerated to get them there as soon as possible.

But, like you said, I don't think we'll ever know the truth now and CF's Instagram post cannot be taken as 'evidence' - she had a trial to do that which will never happen. Her family, friends and LB will say anything now to defend her memory, which is natural. I can see the police being forced to release the 999 call and bodycam footage which the press would LOVE and so these kind of articles will keep coming to kept the pressure on.

What a very sad mess.
My guess would be that she’s thrown a lamp at a wall or something and a small shard has bounced off and cut him or something along those lines. I believe she didn’t ‘whack him over the head whilst sleeping’ and let’s be honest a lot of us have probably thrown something when angry. We aren’t all angels

why has dan wooton only just released the image showing her boyfriends tiny cut now. He could have released it before instead of showing blood all over a room and letting people assume it belonged to Lewis. All very sad, but dan wooton going back and removing articles he allowed to be published doesn’t make the public forget he did it

this whole thing has bothered me all week and shows that we shouldn’t believe every spin the press put on things

I am still trying to catch up so please shout if I’ve missed anything here or if someone has already raised this on previous pages.
Does anyone else think something odd/sinister may be at play here? I found Amanda Holden’s comments weird...‘I am certain there is more to her story... the truth will out’... ‘May those responsible for this lack of humanity be brave enough to admit their shame...’

Also found the references to her finally speaking out a little strange. I’m not saying she didn’t take her own life. It’s all really tragic. But I suppose what I’m getting at, is, did something happen to her in the industry that she was going to speak out about / reveal? Was she going to out someone for something they did to her?

And in her unreleased statement she said ‘The problem with brushing things under the carpet is .... they are still there and one day someone is going to lift that carpet up and all you are going to feel is shame and embarrassment.’ And that she’d been having an emotional breakdown for a long time...
Might be way off but can’t help but speculate whether this whole thing might be bigger than this one incident...
No. I don't believe it's anything sinister like that at all.

A women with a well documented history of depression and abandonment issues - CF had talked about this often and it had gone on for a long time - is kept apart from and banned from contact with her boyfriend, has lost her job, her home and is worried that a night where she self harmed, assaulted that boyfriend and was very likely under the influence (alcohol and drug readings would have been taken at the time of her arrest) was about to be laid bare to the world and just couldn't face it.

Where did the notion that people weren’t “being kind” to Caroline come from? I remember her posting on insta stories after the hearing that she had “never received such kindness in her life”... even from total strangers.

So why are people now saying she was being trolled?

She was rightly criticised for doing something horrible. What did people expect? A spate of love heart emojis under her posts after being charged with assault?
