Questions I still have:
Where is the £250k? Where has it been? Where do the requests for paypal donations go? Are people still giving her cash via PayPal?
What criteria does she use to decide who is worthy of a delivery? And how often they get a parcel?
What is the digital encryption system she uses?
What is happening with the allotment?
Where was she getting out of date food from? Is there any evidence that she wasn’t putting it out for human consumption? Is there any evidence she is giving it to horses and goats?
What‘s the business plan for the new CIC?

off the top of my head

and to add to Triple Vs questions, i'd ask:
where did she get the money for the food bags before the 250k and where does the money come from now? if she's unregulated surely she shouldn't be taking monetary donations
is she seriously claiming benefit as someone who is unfit for work? given the various activities she does, such as fishing and horse-riding, gardening, AND running a website, a CIC and everything else?

Some documents will soon become available on the Companies House website that will clarify some of these questions.

Including answers to these questions...

Maybe it's taken Whiskers so long because he had to disentangle the various streams of consciousness into actionable/measurable statements, not just 'WE WILL GET THE ELDERS INVOLVED SO THE OLD WAYS AREN'T LOST"
Are you saying she isn't both eloquent and concise?

Is this usual CIC social media policy?

A) Just because you're not sharing a screenshot with their name and address on does not mean you can then tell people on facebook who you have been sending parcels to!
B) Yeah starving someone definitely seems like a normal response to being asked some questions.
C) If it's the same person as the other day she DIDN'T RECEIVE HER PARCEL 3 weeks ago, just because the message is showing as 'read' in your inbox does not mean she actually had one delivered, might need a better system tbh. You can use a spreadsheet FOR FREE

Waiting for Zen Cumbria Man to comment: "It does seem only fair and reasonable to let them starve to death."

Asking legitimate questions ≠ bullying

if Harlow council hadn’t demanded she set up a CIC or charity, she’d still be operating her own private fiefdom. She doesn’t have the attitude or intellect to operate a community business.

That solicitors’ memo isn’t the slam dunk she thinks it is. All it does is confirm that a CIC application has been made.
BUT:
It doesn’t explain what has taken so long. Or why this sudden flurry of activity now.
It doesn’t say anything about how the company’s assets have been managed / dealt with to date (when the asset-lock requirements didn’t apply because it wasn’t a CIC).
It doesn’t in fact say anything about compliance to date, including in relation to data.

Carly had better start getting used to the scrutiny, because this is not the end of it.

She's too stupid to understand that registering with Companies House and the CIC regulator is the starting point, not an ending point.

I mean look at this exchange. Why the duck doesn’t she know this stuff? It’s supposed to be a business/CIC. The lack of professionalism is appalling. It’s not unkind to point out that her service users and her 15,000 donors deserve a hell of a lot better

I think at some point in the not too distant future, there will be an announcement that Carlz‘s health has taken a turn for the worse and sadly she can’t continue with A Meal.

One of Carly's delivery drivers is inciting people to harass councillors.

The positive responses were given by Carly and the cousin who has received deliveries.
