I've always liked Lizzie, she's someone I think I'd enjoy having as a friend. What she's going through is absolutely horrendous and I feel for her so badly. I and some of you who are blocked were, I think, only blocked because we commented on a particular Nikki post as we didn't like her as a person, her grifting was unbelievable given the state state she was in and her IDGAF attitude to everyone and everything around her was nasty, so I think Lizzie worried we'd start to think that of her, but I don't think we ever would as I believe she's a genuinely lovely person.

Maybe you are overthinking? Lizzie being worried about such and such? Lizzie doesn’t know you, Lizzie could walk past you on the street and she would have no idea who you are. Lizzie hates anyone that uses Tattle. What do you mean by the “state she was in” when you refer to NNL? It is horrendous and you feel bad for Lizzi who is dying from cancer, but Nikki who was also dying from cancer and did die was nasty? How?

The hope and excitement she has for the royal Marsden letter has broken my heartLizzie update. She has her scan results. She's going to have 1 day radiotherapy in her groin area for the cancer in the bones, but not in her back as the pain there is tolerable and that would mean 5 day treatment.
She's also received an invite from the Marsden to discuss trials. Fingers crossed they have something for her!
Hopefully though, whatever happens with the Marsden, there will be some comfort in knowing that she’s explored every possible avenue for treatment and trials. I know it would be devastating situation but if it is worst case scenario maybe meeting with the Marsden and knowing for sure they can’t offer her anything might be a bit easier to reconcile with than wondering what if?The hope and excitement she has for the royal Marsden letter has broken my heart

When you get a sliver of something dangled infront of you and it gives you hope
And then it turns out to be nothing
It's crushing

Oh I get that I've been in her position. But disappointment can play a massive factor in your positivity when trying to hold onto hopeShe said she knows it will probably come to nothing and she's trying not to get her hopes up but when there's literally nothing left for her, she has to try cling on to every tiny bit of hope there is for her sanity
It's wild seeing that x-ray and then looking at Lizzie, because she seems so well. It's certainly a reminder that you never know what someone might be going through, even if they look perfectly fit and healthy. I've said before that Lizzie reminds me a lot of Emily Hayward because it was the same sort of situation. Emily's cancer was in her brain and organs (I know Lizzie's isn't), but she looked well and was living a pretty normal life almost to the very end. Emily was also a patient at the Royal Marsden – I really hope they will have some option for Lizzie. It would be awful for her to get her hopes up and then be told by another hospital that there's nothing they can do.The scan showed that her bones are blimming pickled with cancer. It’s shocking to see. She’s younger than any of my kids. Fucking cancer.
