Exactly, unless you live too far away, or people have been shielding, a lot of people have seen family- within the guidelines. She's seen her sister as they are Claire's bubble, she's seen her mum, and I don't for one minute believe there hasn't at least been a doorstep encounter with her dad! If what she means is "I'm so excited we can get together and actually spend some time with each other, and it doesn't involve a walkity walk" she should just say that! It's what most people have been excited for. My sister has been over the moon because as a family larger than six, 2 households being allowed to mix has really made a difference to them!
