i bet she was FUMING at that comment, mentioning that the tiki bar is being used as the theme for a school leaving party for eleven year old children and that the leaving party erin attended earlier included a red carpet, when babs herself was shunned from parading down it at the Lightyear premiere, like the celeb she believes she is!Bet she thought the red carpet was for her.
equally, i can't believe she allowed another mother to organise an entire leaving party for all the year six kids and only bothering to contribute a cheap cake and a bottle of squash - while spending over £200 on a tiki bar and endless worthless plastic tat to decorate it. surely she could have contributed far more to the party than a bleeping cake, when she takes pride in flaunting her wealth on SM. some families are really struggling for money, and it's lovely that another parent decided to organise an end-of-term party for the kids, presumably not expecting huge contributions from other parents knowing that many may simply not have the budget - but it must feel like a huge slap in the face knowing that babs spends so much on utterly pointless tat on a daily basis, yet didn't bother to step up and involve herself more in helping to fund the party. she is such a selfish witch and i imagine the other parents detest her - to the point that erin was likely only invited because it was a party organised for the whole of her year, because i doubt any of the other parents would choose to place themselves in situations where they may be forced to interact with babs.
and i'm not suggesting she should have paid for the entire party, but she certainly has the ability to provide more than a paltry cake for erin and her friends to enjoy. but why would she when it doesn't benefit her?! she'd far rather spend money on alcohol and sugary treats for her and an entire tiki bar, plastic cups and hawaiian shirts for content than spend money on her children and contributing to a party to ensure that erin has lovely memories of leaving primary school. not only does the poor girl have to deal with knowing the majority of the parents of the kids in her class, along with many of the kid themselves, will have been exposed to babs' cringe content, she also has to deal with the humiliation of knowing that her mother could clearly afford to contribute far more to their leaving party - rather than dumping all the financial responsibility on one mother - but has actively taken to SM to ensure that everyone is aware that her priority is spending an extortionate amount on a

Personally I’d rather stick with a husband who doesn’t get walked over and go along with every daft idea I might have. And if I suggested a tiki bar in the garden would tell me to get a grip!

If you’re having to spend hundreds of £ on a crap plastic tiki bar JUST for content then surely that should tell you, that actually your ‘career’ is over?! I know lots of influencers buy stuff to create content ( the successful ones get it gifted unlike Babs!) but it usually makes sense :- they’ll buy decor items for a room make over they’ve done for example. But Emma…. No just spend spend spend on absolute crap just to desperately try and keep this ever dwindling job going!

Our garden is a lot bigger than hers (not hard) and I'm a rubbish gardener but I try and keep it tidy cos we enjoy sitting out there, especially in this weather. Where do her kids play outside? There's even less space now the bloody tiki bar is up! She is just ME ME ME!! all the time!
Exactly this!! I’m rubbish at gardening also but I do pull weeds while my other half does the pruning etc. I’d prob prune a weed if left to my own devices. I don’t know her area either as I’m not from there, but that garden as small as it was, was landscaped beautifully. But why should I be shooketh that she destroyed it as she has ruined the internal of the house also . I’ve never ever come across anyone in me life that is so selfish and soooo needy to be famous, unfortunately everything she does makes her infamous lol

She said the other day she'd been to Aldi to get the cakes, so she's obvs just bought the trays of fairy cakes. I bet she only spent a tenner. (not saying people have to contribute if another parent chooses to throw a party, but she has just wasted the best part of 300 quid on a what is essentially an MDF shelf for her garden so she's not struggling for cash)

I was watching her Home Bargains haul and my husband saw and said is she still going?! I said just about, she is hanging on by a thread.
