If you’re having a twin pregnancy or considered high risk then your consultant or twin midwife tells you not to travel past 22 or 23 weeks, I can’t rememberTbh I went to America at 25 weeks pregnant (booked before pregnancy) my midwife didn’t have any issues with it and I was insured for up to 10 million medical. I think it’s each to their own when it comes to going away when pregnant. I personally felt safe, my pregnancy was all fine and with the no concerns from the midwife I couldn’t see why I wouldn’t go
She annoys the hell out of me but it’s down to her if she feels it’s the right thing to go away, and many pregnant ladies have done so and been fine.
