The conservatorship is done for a year now, so it doesn’t matter much what it was and wasn’t. It’s done.

She is in a care plan now.

She can either:

1. Get justice in court against her family and management for overworking her, stealing money and controlling her life.

2. Let it go, start healing and move on. Repair relationships with sons. Enjoy her marriage. Accept the careplan.

3. Get revenge by calling out her family on Instagram, stay angry and manic, not take her meds instead drinking (according to blind items), cause drama for her kids at highschool school by posting nudes constantly, and have her sons suffer as a result of a mentally unhealthy mother, and Britney end up hospitalized because no one cannot maintain that level of anger and mania without that eventually happening. If she wants “revenge”, it will come at the cost of her own sanity.

I think it’s been sealed due to containing sensitive information. I’m sure I read something about it including guidelines for decision making though, which suggests her ability to make choices, execute choices or understand the consequences of her choices are affected. No way that “marriage” was anything more than a fancy non legally binding ceremony.

To someone of sound mind you can see the rational reasons for choosing to do things differently, but it doesn't seem she is. Yes its done but no doubt it has affected her and will affect how willing she is to engage in any sort of help now. Admittedly this is all pointless speculation really as we don't know- but I hope whatever is going on that she does start to heal. I absolutely loved her music growing up and it's such a sorry state of affairs.

I watched a documentary Louis Theroux did on post natal psychosis. The treatment (in London) was women to move into a special centre with their child, and to be monitored/supervised caring for the child. Not to be separated from the child/ren and institutionalised alone, and whatever else happened. Regardless of whether it was depression or psychosis the way she was treated was wrong, and I think we’re seeing the long lasting impact of that on her MH now

That mother and baby unit is Bethlem in South London, the origin of the word 'bedlam'. The royal family have done events there. There is an amazing museum there about past inmates therapeutic art. Boris Johnsons mother was there with ppd and her art is very telling/sad.

Brit had issues far encompassing Ppd. Her unofficial biography states she had been on anxiety and depression medication since 15 or so. She then became dependent on drugs at some point that was noted in her brief marriage to Jason Alexander. Sure she might have had PPD or PPP but it didn't start with that and that's the elephant in the room, we are not privvy to know.

She had the very best medical care in her stride, had csecstions but unlike the UK when you have a baby in the US there are no midwives - you are overseen by Ob-Gyn and neonate doctors. She would have had the very best care, because as highlighted in that other docu - these hospitals love making money.

Her father's mother died by suicide and her younger sister disclosed in her book this year she is severely depressed. She can't say her behaviour is all down to post partum, history starts before that.

Do you not think this is a bit unusual though? His wife doesn’t work either, so essentially Britney financially provides for him, his wife, her own two kids and his additional 4 kids? There aren’t many maintenance situations like that.

Obviously it’s benefited the two boys though, 2 stay at home parents living a millionaire lifestyle

There are so, so many examples out there where it’s the man that’s successful in Hollywood/sports and the woman hits the jackpot - basically the lyrics to Kanye Wests Goldigger - get pregnant by a super-rich man and you’re set for life with alimony and child support payments. People really hate KF for doing the same thing (although he did come across as a gold digger and a sleazebag at the time) and act like it’s extreme and part of the ‘corrupt’ conservatorship plan.

At the end of the day, it’s another example of where Britney could/should have made better life choices (that’s now 3 different husbands which were a bad idea) but I don’t think it’s realistic to make out Kevin is doing something crooked or unreasonable by receiving high CS payments from a multimillionaire, particularly when he’s been doing between 60-100% custody to raise these boys ever since they broke up. they’re well educated, live in a nice house, have gone to nice schools, have extracurricular interests… it’s not like he’s blown all the money on himself while depriving them.

Kevin's wife doesn't have kids by other men.
His ex shar Jackson (before Britney) did before he got with her but they are all over 18 now. One even had a child herself with an actor who had worked with Jamie Lynn spears.

Yeah of course. But with neither Kevin or his wife having any income, how else would they be supporting themselves and their own two children if not for the maintenance money? Presumably Kevin’s older two’s maintenance payments that he had to make when they were younger came from that too.

Of course she should be making big payments, it just seems that those maintenance payments are funding the whole lives of a lot of people outwith the two kids.

Kevin says that he is not affected about what people say about him and he knows how to disappear so why now he is climbing out of the woodwork and throwing his kid Jayden who’s only 15 in to being interviewed. Kevin should climb back into the hole he came out of.

Britney has posted an audio on instagram confirming she pays $40k a month maintenance to Kevin Federline, these payments will stop in less than 2 years so it's obvious why Keving is piping up in the media, trying to get a reality show etc. Waste of spaceeee
