A recap
Britney has released a new song with Elton John which is currently number 1 across the globe.
Britney can’t decide if she’s happy about this or bitter that she’s just a backing singer.

A televised interview of Kevin & her son Jayden has led to her taking more shots at her family.

The twirling and the nudes continue.

I'll say this: the duo with Elton John has grown on me a lot in the last couple of weeks. I rather like it now.

So in the name of speculation, what do we all think is actually going on with Britney? I.e. who is controlling her, if anyone?

I’ll be honest I’m not sure if she is being controlled, I mean I still think Sam is dodgy af but I think this is Britney being her own worst enemy. You can offer someone all the help and opportunities in the world but if they don’t meet you half way it’s futile.

I’m not sure she’s being controlled either. I think her widely reported post natal depression was more likely post natal psychosis. I think this, combined with the impact of several fairly catastrophic stressors, has resulted in a vulnerable adult who has at best, fluctuating capacity.
I think this is where the dementia rumours have stemmed from and why a care package is still required. I’d bet money the “marriage” isn’t legal for the same reason.

That song is one that sticks in your head ALL BLOODY DAY :ROFLMAO: . Anyway I don't think she is being controlled but I also don't think Sam has her best interests at heart. If he did then surely he would advise her not to post rants on IG and post nudes etc as it does not look good AT ALL!

I have 2 boys similar ages to Britneys and I couldn’t continue in life if I had no contact…would totally break me. I cannot understand her passive aggressive attitude towards them? Also the digs at their Dad…from what I can see he has created a stable family environment and has been a stay at home Dad, what’s wrong with it? No one gives full time Mums a second thought? I totally get her wanting to relish in her freedom but the half naked pics/videos are not classy they come across as manic and desperate to be honest. If I felt posting those pics in anyway upset my boys then I just wouldn’t do? Surely showing some respect to them would start to maybe repair their fractured relationship?

I watched a documentary Louis Theroux did on post natal psychosis. The treatment (in London) was women to move into a special centre with their child, and to be monitored/supervised caring for the child. Not to be separated from the child/ren and institutionalised alone, and whatever else happened. Regardless of whether it was depression or psychosis the way she was treated was wrong, and I think we’re seeing the long lasting impact of that on her MH now

“The care plan” is basically the same thing as the cs. Britney isn’t free, they just got rid of Jamie, and now they’re more than happy to release audio of her blaming everything on her family, but weirdly not a mention of any of the managers (who she called out in her court testimony)? Sam is the new handler

It’s great that London have that provision but spaces in specialist mother and baby units (and there are very few) will be limited. In practice the vast majority will be admitted into a general psychiatric ward for treatment.

But did that happen initially? I don’t think she was totally separated from her children, or institutionalised when they were were babies (aside from maybe a few days)… people on the last thread were criticising documents that showed Kevin F was paid as the children's primary carer to come with them all on tour so that she could maintain contact with them (which honestly didn’t seem that unreasonable to me… if she was fit and healthy and Kevin wasn’t in the picture, they’d have been paying a nanny to follow her around on tour and help with the kids anyway. Plus I wouldn’t have agreed to let my kids disappear on tour for months at a time while I just stayed at home without contact, so having costs covered so they could all travel together seemed the most practical option unless I’m missing something).

She wasn’t fit and healthy enough to look after them full time or unsupervised but I don’t think they cut off contact. Plus, if we were talking about any other normal person, locking yourself in the bathroom with your baby and threatening murder/suicide is going to result in some consequences and not sure many other people actually would just be taken off to a centre for advanced bonding classes.

I think the fact that she's got to get naked online for strangers proves that. If she felt loved by him she wouldn't be seeking validation from strangers. Is he even straight? something not adding up.

CHART UPDATE
#1 Australia
#2 Ireland Iceland
#3 UK
#4 New Zealand
#5 Belgium
Predicted to debut at #8 in the US

The song did not debut high in other countries but it might grow with time. Not gonna lie I'm a bit surprised it isn't doing better in Europe though as Britney was huge there. She left for so long and her image has suffered from FF and BJ so people need to rediscover he

I do think she needs help, but the conservatorship was way too stringent and exasperated her struggles.
