When she’s not glued to the tv she seems to detach a little when there’s a camera on her. She probably has the basics in both languages by now

She nearly 2, but kids learning dual languages can have a delay sometimes
She's not 2 till Sept, and bi lingual it'll be near 3 and into preschool next year before she's having conversations after that I'd worry.
