How do these polls actually affect engagement ? A genuine question, im interested to know
There is a website called social blade that can explain it a lot better. The more her 
swipe up or click on a poll or slide the slidey button or even just watch her stories it records as engagement. This can be equated in engagement figures that Single,White Anna can negotiate with businesses for #Ad/Spon #Paidpartnerships or the begging emails they send out to companies unsolicited.

Hence the gold sparkly H&M dress on a random Sunday night in November as she wanted to be “1st” of them all to wear on what was essentially a Christmas dress. A Christmas dress no one will be wearing during a global pandemic

She wants people to think she’s famous or she wants people to think she has a job and is very important! Who in their right mind would spend time doing this for a school run?! Is she trying to impress someone???

Going past Anna’s house earlier for work, and my colleague commented that people like Anna are going to be flat out on insta for the next 6 weeks because they will be so glad of the Christmas season to actually have some content for the first time in months. We’re going to be doubly tortured this year with ads for gifts, decorations, party food and party clothes, even though no one is going anywhere
Agree on the Christmas overload, it's started already. Come January they are all going to really struggle for content, more than usual. Prepare for more tone deaf posts while the rest of us worry about families, key workers and the health service.
Surely by Christmas they'll have already completed Valentines and Easter and be flogging the swimwear for Summer 2021 - none of them can live in the moment and just enjoy and appreciate the time for what it is.
