I found that you have to report the channel, not the video. I chose the “Spam and Scams” option and then selected Thumb’s video. Then you can enter a paragraph of text to explain why you‘re reporting them. I explained how they purchased Likes. Hopefully this does some good.

Took a bit of finding to figure out how to report, but I reported the video as "misleading" and their channel for the "Spam and Scams."

Is YouTube able to see bought likes? Is it kind of like subscribers where it's grouped/rounded numbers all at once? I like how the punishment for this seems to be quite harsh if found to have violated it.

According to YT’s rules, buying likes for your video is not allowed. They say we can report those videos. However, when I try and report Thumb’s video, there is no appropriate category for this. Does anyone know how to report them?

I think this video hurts them waaaay more than helps them.

I’m assuming they can see the history of likes and recognize that, if a video suddenly gets over 5000 likes in a matter of minutes, after receiving only 1100 over a 12-hour period, that something weird is going on.
