I have to apologize in advance for the following rant but it's been bugging me....

I really got pissed last night when my spouse and I went to the movies for the first time in a long time. The previews before the main event were promoting the theater's unlimited access pass....for about $30 a month you get access to all the movies you want as many times as you like without any blackout dates.

It got me thinking about the poor people paying these dumb asses $40 a month for the "super bestie" program and all the "awesome benefits" they get such as Costco shopping, Big Fella cooking tit food, and constant mukbang videos of two overweight/unhealthy people eating like slobs and man handling the food. They hardly ever enjoy the park rides and when they do, they spoil it for others with Big Fella's incessant cackling, screaming, and loud sing alongs. Their content is so stale, boring AF, and redundant that I actually feel bad for the die hard BLOB stan who is scrimping every penny to pay that absurd, overinflated monthly fee for 2 knuckleheads who offer nothing special. They aren't even on special media lists or getting VIP invites that show us something unique. They have no special credentials or expertise (unless you count Big Fella's one year education as an LPN and Dense's cue card holding as expertise) that enlighten us. At least with Provost Park Pass, OA and even Bricky you learn something, get insider information, trivia, and overall park enjoyment.

Then add all that to what they did to our hero in plaid after the alleged Columbia "assault" where he was subsequently subjected to interrogation, temporary trespass and defamatory comments (serial killer, stalker, psycho) in a live video when he simply made a statement of opinion that one should not give the grifters any money. It wasn't said in a threatening or hostile manner. At first I felt empathy for the low paid security guard in a tough spot asked to intervene by Big Fella/Jarli but have since had my eyes opened to their obvious preferential treatment of the grifters who act like they are VIPs or celebrities. The worst insult was Dense's follow-up video where both of them utterly distorted the facts, fabricated Annaheim PDs evaluation of the incident, and tried to ruin Griftbuster's reputation by making it 1000x worse than what really transpired, the truth of which was recorded and posted to Youtube for all to see (I mean it's not like a he said/she said).

I know we all come here as a form of camaraderie (at least some of us do, minus the obvious Big Fella/Dense or Stan burner accounts; of which there are many), so I'm sorry for the rant. Nuff said, (for now at least, lol).

With OA, he goes to all of the big movie premieres like the Star Wars movies, Marvel, Disney, DC. They go to museums, studio backlot tours and...they will share with both their subs and patreons. After all YouTube pays more. Same with Nate - he goes to all of the media events and DVC events, he shares all with his subs. BLOB is blacklisted up and down, except at Costco and Trader Joe's.

She acts like a teenager. I’ve been on haunted mansion several times with unsupervised teens who scream in the stretching room, and shriek throughout the ride. They are annoying as all hell, but at least it’s age expected. By the mid 30s, one should know how to act in public. No class whatsoever

I noticed theme park steve has over 100k views on his ride videos and that guy patrick dougall has 78 million…yes million on the jurassic park ride at universal from last year. Amazing! If BLAB would shut up on rides and do what these do, they could get some decent views.

and that’s just what they don’t get. People aren’t watching for the KT & Spencer show. Most viewers want to experience what’s happening in the Parks right now, because they can’t be there themselves. Decent shots of food and merch, prices and other info, little known info or new info and changes explained for non Disney Regulars, quality footage of rides with no commentary, quality ambience capture hitting all the senses … the stuff that sets Disney Parks above any other theme park or amusement park. They treat their viewers like everyone has been watching them for years, understands their in jokes, understands the AP/Magic Key jargon and life, and grew up in Southern California. That’s not how you tube presents your videos to new viewers, and that’s not how you keep new viewers or get them to subscribe. I bet their pre 2020 videos are still getting views, because they were objectively better for capturing attention.

If KT ditches Spence for some one else who has made an appearance on their channel - god how defeating that will be for that old fart. Deserved - but wow - just a kick in nuggets. Does he go scorched earth on her? Destroy everyone in his path? That's more KT's style - but it would be amazing.

Less likely - some woman who isn't 4x as wide as she is tall - gives the old fella some attention and he leaves KT?!?!

TOTALLY AGREE. We are AP but go at least 4x a year. We save up and spend a TON in the parks and in the surrounding area (hotels/restaurants/target). We spend thousands each time we go and that isn’t including our AP!

We have decided not to renew our AP and to vacation other places for a few years. What is the point if people like BLAB are actively showing us that they will hoard reservations (for one hour at night), they won’t have respect for the people or CMs around them. They show us that Security actively gives them paid spots, MJ paid and ate at RB and were about ten feet BEHIND BLAB. So why should I even want to pay for special seating if vloggers are going to get the better seats AND ruin the show by being loud?

Wheres the perk for us to go when I know that my disabled family member will be filmed and laughed at and my child’s stroller will be talked tit about if “blocking patricks house”.It makes me hyper aware of what’s happening around me when I go to DL to be CAREFREE.

and why would you pay increasing costs for that declining experience? Say it louder for the products, parks, and experiences executives in the back!!

i pulled out of a solo Florida trip for 1.5 weeks because these vloggers footage seems exhausting and cliquey and not all that special anymore.

I felt rage reading this! $40 is a HUGE amount of money and with out of control inflation, how is that even a “deal” for what they provide??? I’m on a few patterns for $5 and it’s just as someone else described OA. Behind the scenes stuff. Extra podcasts, a members only IG page that is constantly updated w stuff, REAL questions about the future of the pages and then execution on those ideas. FOURTY DOLLARS. what a joke.

Perfect example of reservation fuckery. My wife was there all damn day yesterday - her friend could NOT get a reservation.
Meanwhile - vloggers are there - taking up reservations - for half a day (or less) JUST to be there to record a Disney show so they can upload it (or livestream it) and make money - off of Disney property.
They literally take a reservation from people who just want to go to the park and enjoy it so they can "resell" it.

They're as bad, if not worse than the people that purchase merchandise to resell it. At least they're not actively keeping people out of the park experience.

I disagree. The overwhelming majority of their stans ARE watching for the Big Fella and Old Man show.

They provide absolutely NOTHING of value to non-stans. They have ZERO inside information. They don't do all the different things you can do in the parks. They rarely do "experiences" that aren't free. What is it BLOB shows that the other 70 channels don't show with better filming/editing?

They are 100% just playing to their dedicated stans. No non-stan is watching that whale stuff her face over and over again - what value doe that provide to ANYONE but the stans?

It's always seemed weird to me that they have the ride CMs at the ride even when the ride is not operating. I'm sure they have to field a ton of questions (and complaints) from people that don't know the ride is closed, or angry the ride dares to be closed while they are there.

I think I would be bored if I had to be stationed at a closed ride...

Finally caught up! A lot to unpack here. Spence has been to Club 33 once. I'm pretty sure it was soon after he was going on about how it's not a big deal to go anymore, so he had no desire to go. Then he did. Katie's been a couple times.

Her filming Jeremy creepily is what she always used to do to Security Brian. Then she'd laugh like a hyena when he noticed her.

I'm trying to follow the events of last night. If I got it right, Jeremy escorted them to the River Belle where they had no interaction with MJ, and basically got better seats than people that had been waiting?

Knowing it's been confirmed they pay castmembers for perks, makes me wonder about Jeremy.
