Yes! 100% - In order to constitute libel a statement must be false. And there’s truth at the core of every criticism here. The legal threats show they are off the deep end (have been for a couple years tbh) and further prove they are a textbook example of how to run your social media and YouTube channel into the ground. How many of us here were former subscribers that - prior to lockdown - somewhat enjoyed their content before they turned into the sad sacks they are now? This is generally true but might depend on the place? Spouse went to Vegas once to stay on the way up to another destination and walked in with our camera in hand (not even recording) and was promptly and sternly told that there was no photography or video in the place and had to show the camera to delete any footage that was recorded there (there was none).
