I think someone's been reading here...

As this just posted!
He’s definitely been reading on here! I’m confused why he’s used the carrot as the fact still remains, his hair needs a bloody brush! 😳. Dicking about with a carrot isn’t going to change the facts Ben 🙄

Face to face to face to face to... 😳 Timbers definitely been piled back on at an alarming rate! Benny boy didn’t you heed your own warnings about pizza sniffing. He either lies about what he eats or has serious problems with portion control, some things might be syn Free Ben, but that doesn’t mean you eat your body weight in them 🙃

SW works for some and they keep the weight off for life but others never learn how to curb their appetite or about portion control. Ben is one of these and I’d bet my life (well, not quite!) that he’ll yo-yo for the rest of his life. His Instagram will give him accountability up to a certain point but there will be times he’s not posting his “delicious family meals” or his tedious exercise routines. There will always be a large boy inside Ben wanting to get out!

And this is why he’ll always struggle with his weight. Pork mince may well be a free food but 250g is a hell of a lot of meat. There’s the equivalent of 2 quarter pounders in that obscene food stack, especially when you add the roll, egg, cheese and ketchup. I’d be interested to see his daily calorie intake. 48444FA5-7913-421A-AEAE-DE2859FAC2F3.jpeg

Exactly this, SW definitely works for some but others can’t get their head around the fact that just because meats, pasta and veg are “Free foods” doesn’t mean you can eat a tray of pasta bake and not gain weight. MyFitnessPal has 250g of cooked pork mince down as 678cal, the fried egg is 90cal and I think that’s a roll of some sort around 130cal more of it’s a brioche roll, that’s nearly 900cal just for breakfast 😱 and that’s not including anything else on that Like sauces etc

250 gr of pork for one person is way too much. That looks like a heart attack on a plate. Not appetising at all. How anyone think this is ok for ‘brunch’ is living in cuckoo land. He ain’t all there

He claims it's 'low large 5%; which I googled at 315 for 250g - either way over 600 - 900 calories on a breakfast is way too excessive !

Jesus! That’s a lot of food for a breakfast! If he’s eating like this when he’s on plan then I dread to think what he’s eating when he’s off it! It doesn’t even look nice but I may be bias as I don’t eat pork 🤷‍♀️😂
