I think he had a reaction to medication called Stevens-Johnson syndrome I think. It’s treatable and will resolve within weeks generally.

Kyle definitely said that Tumi told him that she had no problem firing Natalia. One of them is lying. Nat isn't perfect but she is going by what she was told.
Who would have thought Natalya would come off worse than Kyle! Tumi really tried at the end to meet at a common ground and Nat wasn’t having it, so she needs to get fired. Come on Sandy.
