My parent's have something similar for their hot tub and they had it treated, insulated, padded out the ceiling, flooring and then electricity put in. It's still cold in there in the winter! to the point they store their beer to keep it cold .

What a difference 18 months make, she looks relaxed, happy and nice on them photos (she was probably still spending in a manic fashion)
