So glad this thread is here. I never post, but agree with so much said here. I just have 2 things to say... I hate that saying 'lets go champ' with a passion because Conor Mcgregor started it & we all know he's a evil, scumbag rapist. FACT.
Secondly how does Ash & Saf afford their lifestyle? They arn't working atm? But they have to pay for normal stuff like bills, mortgage, food, run their cars etc... And then the new clothes, trainers, hair, beauty, eating out, going shopping etc.. how is all of that funded does anyone know? I thought they would struggle to pay for the essentials seen as they arn't working, but how can they afford all the other new stuff & expenses?

They’re all just as bad as each other, in my opinion. They illustrate the ugly side of social media beautifully!

From what I've heard. Safs brother told someone I know that in the days leading up to azaylias passing (all the disturbing pics and videos of her really poorly and bleeding). Safs mum asked her to stay off the gram and she thought it should be private. Saf is apparently a "diva" and told her mum where to go as she can do what she likes. She then never told her mum the baby has passed and she found out the next day when she turned up to her house. Obviously rumors but something big went on
When they posted on Instagram about how there was no Facebook page dedicated to Azayljas journey (set up by Saf’s mum). She retaliated by taking every donated item from the group for Azaylia to their house and dumped it all on their front lawn whilst doing a Facebook live. I couldn’t believe that the mum would do that especially using a Facebook live with her saying ‘they aren’t answering me, I’m no thief etc’ just overall looked smug at getting one over on them. I couldn’t believe she would do that during Azaylias final days it could of waited? I get that if she’s getting shit etc but all that dispute could of been dealt with so much better. I think it got very hard to watch but I don’t think Saf’s mum is all innocent either.

I agree with all that you have said, and also feel they need to grieve together as a couple - as Azaylia’s Mummy and Daddy, as it seems like they’re not together.
I have wondered if they were still together
Grief of tough and everyone goes through it differently but personally I don't agree with a party at the graveside

Perhaps he is just very depressed. Maybe he is scared to be close to anyone at the moment because he is scared that he will lose them as well?
Yeah, it's easier to push people away instead of waiting for them to leave.

Also, Do you find that Saf posts loads when she's not with her brother? Like, she desperately wants some attention and someone to notice her so she does it through insta? Whereas when she is with her bro, she's just enjoying his company, pops on to chat and says shes with her bro, then shes off again. Ash didn't even give her the time of day earlier when she was saying how proud she was and showing everyone the van. It's not just him that lost a child. I dont know man, I just find him very cold towards her and if he really feels how he comes across on camera, then he needs to leave her because honestly, there is nothing worse than staying with someone for the sake of it. Poor saf just wants to please him & he just pushes her away even more.

Ashley and saf aren’t really ever pictured together. I remember the funeral. A picture of them both walking to the grave. He was holding an umbrella and Saf was kind of gripping on to his elbow. No hand holding, no embracing etc.
the grief seems to be very separate.
I haven’t lost a child but in my professional life worked with many people who have. Many couples don’t survive such a loss.
I clearly remember one case of parents being told their child hadn’t made it. The father immediately withdrew his hand from the mother. It happens sadly.
I feel the graveyard stories distasteful when they showed other fresh graves with little decorations. To me it felt a little out loss is greater etc.

I had to unfollow them.
In my opinion, they overshared so much. To the point that seeing the little girl cry tears of blood and how frail she was getting but passed around at family gatherings while being filmed, made me feel so angry.
I can’t even begin to imagine how difficult it must be and social media might be helping but talking into your phone and sharing your inner most thoughts with over a million people everyday is not healthy. It became depressing and triggering for me to listen to how sad Saf feels.
I hope she takes a step back for mental health’s sake. She needs professional help not a 2 hour bike ride.

Why on earth does it have to be a competition on who called the emergency services first? It’s ridiculous. It’s very likely that they have been back and forth like they said being fobbed off with colic, reflux etc before the diagnosis. I had that in the early days with both my children being told it was just a phase, they’ll grow out of it. It makes the mum looks so much more petty, she’s going the wrong way about it completely and it’s all for public sympathy. If you were really interested in raising awareness, you wouldn’t have to do the passive aggressive digs and have comments that clearly make it obviously she’s been slagging off Ash and Saf. It’s their daughter whose died. They are going through the pain of losing their child. It’s their pain and hell everyday, and all the mum is doing is adding to their pain by causing more acrimony.

As with all the threads on Tattle, it’s about airing an opinion. Which I will continue to do. They’ve put themselves in the public domain, whether you like it or not, people will talk and have negative opinions on them.
I agree with you - think this person hasn’t quite got the point of tattle - we can all unfollow or ignore any of the people discussed on here, it’s a discussion forum based on individuals opinions and you can easily unfollow the threads 🤦🏼‍♀️

It looks like safs mum was quite involved initially, but then I don't think she ever really mentioned her mum whilst was poorly. Maybe things went sour after the diagnosis.

I don't think her mum will have objected to them over sharing. She shared her own granddaughter being taken away by an ambulance and basically being resuscitated.

Her mum strikes me as having a bit of a saviour complex and a need for adoration to be honest.

The suitcases. It’s like they want to purposefully be recognised no matter where they are. Using their little baby’s face to do that. It’s so low.
The grief must be torturing but unfortunately I think although they’re obviously not enjoying the grief, they are enjoying the attention

I’m not here to comment on Ashley’s past behaviour as I had no idea who he was. I’m also not here to comment on the charity as I don’t know enough about it.
However, I found it absolutely bizarre that any parents first thought would be to pick up your phone and post these pictures and videos to Instagram when going through one of the most difficult times of your life. I have totally sympathy for them grieving their only child and can’t imagine how it feels. But I do feel they have become addicted to the social media fame generated by it.
Perhaps it’s a distraction. But I find it so so distasteful. I also don’t know how you could treat your daughters funeral as a photo op. I couldn’t follow them when it was happening as it made me so uncomfortable. And maybe I’m old fashioned but I believe some things are private and should be done with dignity. And perhaps social media generation is very different …. But I don’t understand it.

You know what I still find weird, the insta pages people set up and share all photos of Azalyia and still do, I really wouldn’t like anyone using my child’s photos or family photos on an Instagram page whatever the circumstances

Has anyone thought about the fact that sharing their story on social media has got over 150,000 donors on the bone marrow register? Potentially saving 150,000+ lives?

I totally agree. Imagine during your final hours there a party going on around you. Laughing, loud music and being moved from person to person. I have young children and would want peace so I could take in every last second of them. I wouldn’t want a party!
That and the obnoxious yelling of "let's go champ" in her face was so sad. She was like a prop being passed around.
Her graveside is so tacky :(

I feel so sad for Saf .. she was pregnant for longer than her darling baby was alive. It honestly breaks my heart ... as it does for ANY parent who loses a child.
Just feel extra sorry for her as she doesn’t have her mums support and Ashley seems so dismissive of her 💔
Sorry if this is controversial I know they have both lost their baby but I just think for the mum it’s another level. SHE carried that baby for 9 months! Sorry that’s probably really mean.
Not sure what’s going on with her mum but posting those pics is unhinged.
