I just hope for Saf’s sake she doesn’t see this page. If she’s as fragile as you all think she is then reading this will definitely do her more harm than good 😔. She probably has enough going on and could do with a bit of kindness and compassion.

Have been deeply saddened by what they have gone through and found it completely heart wrenching. However I do feel incredibly sad for saf. I no we don’t see everything and who knows what goes on behind closed doors but I’ve always felt she’s completely in love with him and he doesn’t show much back. A video not long ago she said she made him his favourite dinner he was unaware he was being filmed and he barely even said thank you and just carried on watching tv. It’s also seemed very much about him and his family and his friends. She needs support and love and made to feel secure and I just don’t get that vibe they don’t seem to do anything together even the funeral photos he’s just so distant no holding her hugging her he barely even said her name on stories for a long time it was always just my partner. I hope I’m wrong but I’ve never had good vibes from him but do really feel for them and hope I’m wrong.

I've just watched a clip of the podcast, Ash says he told saf not crumble & be nothing but happy while around the baby...while I think I can see where he coming from with that, when you feel poorly the last thing you want is someone singing in your face, I feel they took that to the extreme. Also saf desperately needs someone to talk to, when she was speaking her conversation didn't flow she was jumping from one memory to the next like there was so much she had to say it came out in a jumble, then she began to get upset & stopped herself. She says the words strength, inspiration, motivate but she doesn't feel that way & it's so sad to see. She's needs to cry & let that grief out because by following his lead or idea of being 'strong' she's suffering more. A little bug bear of mine is when a bereaved person is told to be strong, meaning don't cry, push back, carry on as normal, I think it's stronger to let the grief knock you down then get back up slowly, poor Saf

When my son passed away, I had a few small teddies taken off his grave. I was told they weren’t allowed.
I’m so sorry for your loss. I also can’t imagine being the type of person that removes teddies from a child’s grave. There’s jobsworth and then there’s heartless.

I lost my son in December and went back to work full time (4 days a week) in August. I have a 3 year old son and i'm currently pregnant again.
Luckily I had a good maternity package so managed to be paid full for 6 months and my husband has a good job too.

As for the free spa day. What I would give to have a spa day at all!! My friends clubbed together to send myself, my husband and our son away for the weekend and I honestly cried. Do they not have friends who would do the same? It's the begging that gets me. I'd never email a spa and say, I lost my son will you give me a free visit?

it’s quite annoying people keep coming saying this thread is disgusting, we’re not slagging off the poor baby who lost her life, hell we’re hardly slagging off her parents, but going through something traumatic doesn’t give you a free pass in life. I’ve lost many people in my life and I can say that if I was at their grave and saw a large group of people having an actual party where I was mourning a loss I would be livid, like I previously said, you don’t suddenly get a free pass to do whatever you like when your go through something traumatic

I used to follow them both but for my own trigger reasons I unfollowed when the poor child was in her last days and so much was shown on social media. I just looked at Ashley’s page and yes it’s ott but after what they have been through if that’s what they feel they need I’m not going to judge, however why is the go fund me still open you need to read down a long way to realise the poor angel has passed away but yet you can donate, if they are setting up a charity should the donations not be going through that? It’s just desperately sad for them it’s only been a few months.
I agree that they can & should celebrate their child’s life I would never say they shouldn’t , but a cemetery wasn’t the place to have what they did I know it’s their child’s resting place but it’s also the resting place of 100’s of other people to, pay a visit to Azalyia with family and friends yes but be respectful and take the celebrations home

Saf had a lady who she didn't know in her clinic for a treatment the other day who had a tattoo done for Azaylia. I find it disturbing to be honest.
These people are doing these things for clout do they really think Ashley & Saf are going to be their new bestie, imagine having children or family of your own yet you get a tattoo of someone else’s deceased child. The mind boggles

This grieving mother needs to get away. Literally go away somewhere. Yes everyone grieves differently but like someone said before Ash is totally void of anything and the exercise will stop fulfilling its purpose. Also like someone said, Saf is totally lonely. The bike and swimming etc is to get attention and approval from Ash. She's always with her brother who seems to be her saving grace but he did not create that baby with her. She carried and gave birth to that baby. Her body will still be hormonal from all that and literally physically yearning for her baby. She's doing everything randomly and at the same time. Training and going to wk for example.
When her eye swelled up and the Dr sent her to the maternity ward to get her meds she was alone Ash should've gone with her. Riding his bike could've waited. Is there not one person that encourages him to just be with her alone sometimes. If I lived closer when she was crying her eyes out in her car mustering up the courage to go to the maternity ward I'd have gone with her.
My heart hurts for them both but in particular for her. I truly hope their relationship survives this and that they can both heal to some extent. But they need each other right now. To just be.

I’m glad I found this thread. I feel bad even writing this but I just wanted to see what others thought?
They raised the money required for her treatment but sadly it couldn’t go ahead. I was shocked when they then said they would use some for her funeral, and then how ‘big’ they made it. Tailored suits, bespoke dress, family party. This extravagance isn’t needed to honour her memory.

People who donated to the fundraiser, is there no way to get your money back? Considering it hasn’t been spent on what it was set up for… in my eyes isn’t it abit like fraud?

because yes it would have been spent on treatment like they said but it wasn’t suitable in the end so surely to spend it on anything else is deceiving.
Are you joking? You think people should get their money back because she ended up dieing??? Fuck sake🤦‍♀️

More begging
This doesn’t sit well with me, just google it and pay for it like everyone else, don’t beg for freebies and don’t tag the foundation that you’ve made in honour of your daughter to really pull people into it

It’s the Ashley Cain show. All the credit seems to go to him when Saf has been through just as much and is trying just as hard.

Ashley posted this on Safs Birthday -

"Happy Birthday to this strong, amazing lady. You have been my rock during our relationship and especially this last year. Along with being the bestest mommy a little girl could wish for. We love you saf, happy birthday! Love from Ashley & Azaylia 🧡 Ps Azaylia is proud of you every single day, keep being incredible! ✨ #HappyBirthday"

If he was so detached from her, would he honestly write that about her?
My ex wrote a gushing happy birthday message a few years ago and the arsehole was cheating on me with a client, so sometimes things are done for show, not saying Ashley’s cheating absolutely far from it but sometimes things are posted as you think they have to be and to distract people from reality

Just wanted to reiterate the below for those who wonder why people think this sorry saga is bizarre and quiet frankly dodgy (and to justify my earlier point on Ashley capitalising on his grief)… this quote has been pulled directly from the go fund me page set up for people to donate to Azaylia’s treatment.

‘The amount of money needed for Azaylia’s potential treatment in Singapore was raised in just 24 hours. That money can sadly no longer be used to help Azaylia but we want to make sure it is used positively - and in Azaylia’s name.

After days of emotional yet careful consideration we have decided that, firstly, we would like to use some to give Azaylia a magical and deserving send off - something that we believe you would all want to be a part of. Secondly, we will use the remaining money to help other children through a new charity we are setting up in Azaylia’s name. She has guided us throughout this process and it only feels right that we continue to use the platform we built together to help those in similar situations.’

The ‘some’ he talked about resulted in this chav fest, look at me, clearly expensive (yet lacking any class) shit show of a funeral. Money that people donated was spent on balloons, orange ties, bespoke suits, doves, dj’s, booze and of course a throne like bench. It’s appalling. Some photos just to remind you that’s where a lot of hard working peoples money went. And I don’t feel bad for adding these as they are straight off their ig accounts.

They all had their phones out at the cemetery recording every moment. It’s almost like half of them were there for the clout or attention and not even there for her.

When my son passed we set up a justgiving for the hospice he was at. We raised nowhere near what they have raised but the hospice still emailed to say what a big amount it was to THEM.
They could do so much good donating to an already existing charity.
Our sons legacy will be that we continue to donate to the hospice in his name. So will our family and friends.

Ashley has such a huge ego has anyone noticed how short he actually is and how small his feet are. He is odd looking but yet so in love with himself I don’t know why lol.
