That would explain no ring...sneaky given her is dad to the kids. I feel for her... basically just a guest in his house. The would make me very nervous.
Poor girl. She does deserve more respect that that. But she's waiting for the ring.

She may well have acquired some rights to the property by now given she has lived in it over 2 years and they have a child/children together, assuming she pays some of the household bills ( cohabitants act 2010). It’s not cut and dry.

I did think this too.
However like you say it isn't cut and dry and the onsus is on the petitioner to prove what they should reasonably be entitled to.
Not a very nice situation to be in. Which can be easily remedied should they marry.

Jesus this isn't the 1950s you can live together have kids and never get married. I know she probably does want to be engaged, but some of these comments make me cringe. I doubt I'll ever get married and if I do it will be a quick and cheap job with a party after. I'd rather a nice house then pay for a load of people to eat, who I don't even like that much.

Although it does sound like a breakup, she did say she’s keeping stuff private now so it wouldn’t surprise me if she’s just keeping him off the page. Plus, they still follow each other.
