I do wonder what happened with her and the LDNM boys. I think she got asked it quite a bit when she put up question boxes. To be fair, I think that was more on their side than hers. I see the LDNM boys driving around in their flash cars quite regularly where I live.
I also remember her saying once that she doesn’t talk to her sister.

Who are the LDNM boys?

I really like her. Did my first workout of hers this morning and was surprised how tired I was! Wish she did them at like 8am on weekdays as would leave me time to get showered etc before work, don't have enough time to fit them in. To be honest I am not the friendliest out shopping, people test you, especially in supermarkets and especially during this pandemic. We are all human, give her a break
Of course, we are all human. I live two streets away from her - I see her a lot. I wasn’t talking about inside a supermarket - she was pacing up and down outside our little Waitrose Local, on her phone, whilst I/others were in a queue. It was all a bit bizarre, especially, given the current climate.
She has quite a presence on a footpath, shall we say, and would never dream of breaking a smile to a child, who she has to side-step to get past. Anyway, as I said, Paddy is much different.

They are two sets of brothers who started a training and nutrition guide business and grew it accordingly. Alice used to work for them, mainly during her “clean eating Alice” days.
I always wondered this too. She seemed to spend more time with Tom and James so I wonder if there was a falling out. I had to stop following those two, I got so sick of all the "look which flash car I've got now" stuff.

I unfollowed them about two years ago. They are so up their own arses. I always see them driving around where I live. They constantly rev their car engines. Such attention seeking.

Yeah I can imagine. I bet they're not sticking to essential journeys at the moment!
I still follow Max and Lloyd, I quite like their content and appreciate their honesty re mental health etc. They're not braggy either.

Alice did acknowledge it once when someone asked her about the LDNM boys. She said “what can I say, people change” and that was it.

I always wonder which one she slept with and it all ended badly 🙈 she was in all their guides etc then they just seemed to cut all ties almost overnight

I had to unfollow her a few months ago. I just couldn’t deal with the constant “positive pants”, you’re not really positive are you Alice?! You’ve obviously just had a mental breakdown and that’s okay but we don’t all need to know about it.
I did enjoy watching her morning walks and she was constantly smiling and talking in those videos so it is weird to see people here saying she’s not smiley in real life.

Her recipes used to look good though, haven’t checked her page in a while!

I actually think Alice is one of the better influencers. Though I think she was getting a bit out of touch with reality before lockdown, all those selfies in that expensive gym etc. I hope she can stay a bit more relatable once life is back to normal.

I don't follow her workouts but from the snippets I've seen, I like the way she focuses on the more simple movements. I find that the IG workout accounts too often try to incorporate things that are overly complicated just because they look impressive. I've seen Alice post some useful tips on form on her stories too. I don't think she's perfect but I definitely prefer her to a lot of other influencers.

When did she have a mental breakdown?

Right, I have to say it... And I'm very sorry if this offends anyone. However, what is this obsession with some people trying to avoid washing their hair?? Am I missing something? Alice posted yesterday that she washed her hair for the first time in a week. I find this disgusting as she works out every day. I wash my hair most days so maybe it's just normal for me, and not washing it might also be normal for others. As soon as I've finished exercising I cannot wait to have a shower and wash my hair... Can't even imagine going to bed with a head of smelly hair 😱

For the most part I am the same. I typically wash my hair after exercise although yesterday I didn't as I wasn't too sweaty. However going a week is gross, especially with how warm it is in London.

I have really oily hair so I wash it everyday but I know that some people really like leaving it as long as possible (the amount of times I’ve gotten “just don’t wash it for a while and it won’t get greasy anymore!”) but I also don’t “wash” it every time I exercise, just with water e.g. if I’ve washed my hair that morning and then go to the gym after work, I’ll have a shower after the gym and rinse my hair with water? I don’t think that’s unhygienic!
