not sure if you remember but she said a few months ago in response to someone asking why one side of her mouth looked so downturned, she says it's always been like that. Well her smile isn't wonky in that corpse bride photo. Or is she beginning to forget what she looked like in the past?

do a story at 2pm Alice when you’re knackered and crying at the McDonald’s Xmas advert Hi guys! I’ve been reading you guys a lot lately, I actually came here a long time ago on the first Alice thread and suddenly came back to about 4 new ones! I stopped following Alice a long time ago and after reading you guys and seeing her Instagram I cannot believe how much she’s changed! Anyway, I just randomly looked at her stories today and after seeing what you guys have been saying about her and Paddy I just picked up on her body language/expressions when she said that Paddy was out on a Christmas party, it’s interesting that she started saying “Paddy is… errrr he’s got his Christmas party at 10am” just the way she almost corrects herself as if she’s making it up, her looking away completely while she says it, it’s all a bit weird, her whole expression changes when saying it. Maybe I’m reading to much into it, but it felt weird to me.
Is it just me that thinks it’s a bit weird to do your full make up before a training session because you’re off to brunch straight after? Does she not have a shower? Yuck. Surely you’d have a quick shower and a rapid make up application? I couldn’t go out for a meal straight from a training session. she is hyper this morning. The swings of mood are exhausting.
Paddy is going to be wasted. 10am Christmas do - dear goodness the ole Soho clubs will be busy this evening with strippers and Columbian specials.
3 things about this morning stories-
1- make up on for the gym and going straight out for brunch without washing- gross!
2- I find it really sad that she’s doing her Christmas decorations alone
why not wait until a day when Paddy is home to do it with you?! (Oh wait/ he’s never home).
3- she’s so full of Botox she can barely open her mouth!! Is that not really painful?

Was about to say this! She said literally days ago she was adapting her work outs and wearing her wrist support. It just makes her come across like a hypochondriac and like she doesn’t know what she’s doing with an injury…
I’m sorry but if your wrist is THAT bad you are talking about surgery you rest it completely. You do not place all that stress on it!!! Do a lower body workout? Her guru PT needs a slap if he thinks that is a good range of exercises. Those push ups on the the bars are sooo hard on your wrist and if it fails she’ll face plant the floor. What kind of message is she sending to people? Exercise your way through an injury???
