When the woman gives him that friendship bracelet, she says she usually gives them to cast members. Adam says, “I’m not a cast member.” What an egotistical buffoon. Does he really think this girl thought he was a cast member and he was correcting her?
He feels he has to say something, because if Disney gets a whiff of him letting her think he might be a cast member in any way, he knows he will get in big trouble.

Here's a great callback from the subreddit:

I guess he only meant DragonCon because he's gone to every date stamped certain-day event in his universe so far in 2024.

When and if (and that's a big "if") Adam ever travels internationally, he's mentioned a Disney cruise, I think he responded favorably to Disneyland Paris and/or Tokyo suggestions, but I bet he also gets these emails from "Adventures By Disney" that have special booking windows for DVC members. I wonder if because it's Disney he would feel comfortable doing something like this - probably not, unless he was escorted by one of his "friends", but:

Something else for him to complain about
He should be much too busy traveling for the far majority of that timeframe to even notice, and when he is home he should be trying to ride Tiana's at MK. But you're right, he will probably make an effort to pop in to the Odyssey and complain there's no Zero Sugar Cherry Limeade. Then he'll have another vlog after it re-opens to review all the "refurbishments" to the Imagination lounge.

The title of this article is a little misleading, but it does seem like Disney is taking steps in the right direction. Of course this won’t affect David since he’s “retiring” from daily blogging at the end of the year. Right?

I hope they actually enforce this...it's happened before (like on Soarin', a year or two ago some CMs started telling people they had to put their cameras away, but then it quickly went by the wayside and it seems no one bothers anymore). I know in WDW that hand held cameras are banned on Space Mountain and Tron and maybe a few other rides, but not much else.

I haven't looked at his comments myself in weeks and weeks. Do people ask him if he's still retiring? I would think his loyal fans would notice he doesn't mention it anymore, just talks about "international travel" and other "exciting" projects for 2025.

And today’s “wandering around, reading plaques (usually incorrectly) and counting turtles” video probably won’t do much to help those numbers.
I knew he didn't go to MK, leave property, find a 7-11, get coffee, then go back to Epcot. Waaaaay to much work for Adam 😂

OT- Im in the DFW area for work these last couple of weeks and guess who I saw passing me in Grapevine. SE and her husband. I was liking the vlogger free environment, but of course like every trend follower, they had to come here 😩🙄 Wonder if ATW is disgracing the area today?
What the hell is in Grapevine but the mall? Ick

I no longer live there but I lived in Highlands county when I first moved to Florida and drove to and from Tampa in one day. It never even occurred to me to get a hotel. I think the drive was a little over 2 hours. He really is a spoiled little baby.

Another night of high-effort baseball analysis from his couch. Options are: "dang, they could've won but they lost", "they need to dial it in", and "good job boys!". Always tags the team, hoping they notice he has 75k followers on IG and promotes them all the time and will throw him a bone.

Usually it's forbidden to be filming at public pools. Or he could face the ire of a parent who sees this shady looking guy with prison tats holding a camera in his hand. David is just asking for trouble if "pool hopping" around Celebration is one of his ideas for future content.
Eh, pictures and videos at the pool aren't as taboo as taking pictures and recording videos in a bathroom or something like that. Plenty of people take pictures and video of themselves, their friends, and their family at the pool for family albums, scrapbooks, and personal social media. I'm sure I've unknowingly photobombed someone's family photos at a crowded pool or waterpark many times throughout my life. Similarly, there are strangers in the background of my own pool snapshots. Nobody's ever flown off the handle in any case. To borrow a Woo-ism, it's "frowned upon", but I don't foresee any explosive situations like Adam getting thrown out for babbling to his GoPro. People will just move themselves out of frame of where he's filming.

More likely it'll just be another bore-fest where he splashes around by himself or with some of his weird friends (ok, probably not these specific weird friends) like the dull videos he pinched off during the heart of the pandemic when he couldn't come up with anything else to do with himself.

There are traditions in life. Many people like them. I like traditions. Every summer I go canoeing on the same stretch of river with my son, we've done it since he could swim at the age of 6 or 7. I have some old Christmas decorations I like to pull out and put up every year. Adam's traditions are not traditions, they are OCD rituals. He needs to see a doctor to help him. He has to stop at "heavy metal Mickey" every time he visits the MK. He has to call out the monorail every time he sees it anywhere. All the ridiculous alternative phrases he uses - the summer season can't ever arrive, it has to "rear it's head", he can't stop using them due to OCD. He has to wait for that Celebration clock to move before he can continue his day. He has to look at the ticket prices on the way in to the MK, and read them all out (even the ones for the other parks). He has to mention he has an AP. He has so many little rituals it is scary. It's why he can't stop going to ticketed, date-stamped events. I'm no doctor, I'm no OCD expert, but that's the way it seems to me.
Are they his rituals, or do you think that they're just evidence that he's creatively bankrupt? What I'm saying is: Do you think he'd say/do these things if he weren't filming?

I think he's just out of ideas and has nothing unique to say because he does the same things over and over again.

Adam predictably does the stadium tour (which I hear you are not supposed to film for profit, only personal use, which has never stopped Adam before because he doesn't care unless it's music that can bite him in the ass - although I bet the Brewers could make a copyright claim and get the video taken down if they wanted to, but I guess his tour guide didn't care). And then Adam predictably goes to the game that evening (lucky for him the Rays - barely - won, a small light in his dark, empty world).

He walks up to Robin Yount's statue, which says Yount "became the 17th player to collect 3,000 career hits" and Mr. Smooth tries to read that and somehow translates it to, "Robin was the 17th player to hit 3,000 hits."

It's truly amazing that the vlog yesterday, when he had absolutely nothing, zero, zip, nada to show, was 34 minutes long, and today the vlog has an entire stadium tour and a thrilling, close MLB game and the vlog is 26 minutes. Don't get me wrong - they are both too long, but my gosh. With Adam, the longer the vlog, the worse you are guaranteed it will be.

If I remember correctly, he's enjoyed pretty much every single baseball stadium tour he's ever gone on during this stupid effort to see the Rays at every away field (I say stupid because it's stupid for him as he doesn't even like baseball that much). So why does he have to say in the title that it was a shocking surprise that this stadium tour was good?

While the tour may be amazing, his viewers will never know at the start, as Adam decides to go for things like the blurry long distance shots of a guy leaf blowing the mound. Zero reason for this to be left in the final product.
View attachment 2906809

You know Adam is scratching his head trying to figure out why Hank Aaron is hanging up there for the Brewers, and then he sees Jackie Robinson and probably figures every team hangs them both up and has no idea there was ever the Milwaukee Braves. I think he gets educated along the way on this tour.
View attachment 2906813

It's truly sad that the moment they step out onto the field, Adam's very first thought it "let me make sure I try to get a thumbnail for my vlog" instead of soaking it all in and remembering it for yourself.
View attachment 2906820

The tour guide is talking and probably saying interesting stuff, but we'll never know because Adam ignores him and wanders away to the visitor's dugout (which he calls the "Rays' dugout") and films his $200 running shoes brushing the dirt around like he...was a baseball player or something?) Then he films the grounds crew working, and the tour guide is still talking and you still can't hear him. He's then amazed that they cross the foul line onto the field of play. He says "foul ball here, fair ball there" and shows it with his shoes multiple times like he can't comprehend it. At this point the rest of the tour guests might be wondering what home he was let out of to attend today's events at the stadium.

There seems to be another Rays fan on the tour, and Adam makes comments to him every once in awhile, like "we're in Randy-land now". The next time I take a tour of Yankee Stadium and turn to anyone and said "we're in Judge-land now", of heaven forbid "we're in the Judge's chambers now", I would shrivel up and die.

Then he has to point to nothing in the bullpen
View attachment 2906842

He is incredibly excited about all of this. Mind you, it's the opposing team's place, not the Rays. I mean, it's interesting and always fun to be on a MLB baseball field, but you'd think it was Christmas morning and he was 6 years old. And much like a 6 year old, when the guide gives him a "Kew-pon" at the end, he uses it for a little pin for his pin boards...promoting the opposing team?
View attachment 2906848

He returns 4 hours later for the game, where we are treated to Adam's play by play and color commentary like, "a double play, but the Rays got a guy in" - wow, how many points did they score on that play Adam? And of course the only player on the Brewers that Adam knows is the guy who use to be on the Rays.

The Fit By Fifty Marathon training continues as Adam decides to try the Ultimate Brat with Stadium sauce
View attachment 2906857View attachment 2906858

He immediately complains about it being too small. He thought the descriptor "Ultimate" meant size as opposed to toppings. I guess he's also blind and couldn't stand there for a second to notice other people buying brats and see what size they were . The guy willing to throw away a plane ticket and buy another one can't buy a second brat to satisfy his hunger, I guess. His review of it was that it's really good, just too small.

Adam filming his personal friend (when he's not wearing earbuds), Rays "Head Coach" Kevin Cash
View attachment 2906868

I wonder how much of the game he films and has to wade through to edit down? He seems to film quite a bit to catch every bit of the limited amount of action in this game. Adam wanted to go get popcorn but couldn't bear to leave his seat and miss the "sausage race", as he calls it
View attachment 2906873

And he does get himself a nice big tub of popcorn with salt to help with the marathon training, and you can see it glistening as it's loaded with extra butter!
View attachment 2906888

Adam then explains that he also wanted cheese curds to go with his popcorn, but they were fried, and you know that's where he draws the line - no soda, no fried foods, and no sweets. 😂😂😂😂😂

The Brewers have men at 2nd and 3rd with one out, and instead of worrying about a sac fly to tie the game (which is probably what the Brewers are trying to do, just hit a ball to the outfield), Adam is worried about a base hit to score them both and lose the game right there. Then, I swear to God, the Brewers manager argues a call and gets thrown out, and Adam AGAIN says, within earshot of all the baseball fans around him, "The Brewers HEAD COACH just got thrown out of the game." How does this guy not even know basic baseball terminology???

Adam then says he'd "rather his team risk losing a game like that when it's down to the wire than to have a blow out with the team winning". I have no idea what he means by that as it makes zero sense, but maybe he should ask the Head Coach?
It had to be boring , though , it was 1-0 😮

OK, he's GOT TO be back at the land of the mouse for tomorrow's vlog, no? The views on his last few videos have been abysmally low, the worst I've seen in months.
Probably, but for right now I'm very happy thinking of him staring at the view numbers and then looking at Zillow and seeing that the zestimate for the Woomansion is exactly what he bought it for 6 months ago.

I don't think you understand, Adam is not only on a quest to be #FitByFifty, he's also training for a half marathon to be held September 9th, 2024 in Disneyland. Although he never mentions the half marathon anymore at all and does no actual training, and he still isn't posting any workout clips to Instagram even though he's home now and said a few days ago he'd be going hard for these next 99 days, and it's been almost a week since he last showed himself eating any meal on camera.

But I'm sure as this event is a mere TWO WEEKS before his 50th birthday that he would NEVER, EVER eat any hot dogs, even if they are a dollar each!
He may be eating those $1 dogs , but not on camera for prosperity 🤣
