I can’t stand his wooisms and over use of words with each passing day. If he ever was an everyday kind of guy, he certainly isn’t that now. Reminding viewers over and over of how exclusive the DVC lifestyle is. Special Wristbands, separate towers, merch, pools etc. how insulting to viewers that will never be able to afford these stays but still actively support his lifestyle by watching and commenting.
“A shroud of darkness”
”I’ve submerged myself into the pool”
There are more but I’m feeling nauseous now….

A few more things:

I guess it never occurred to him that he should take some of the 130k and find a good therapist, eh?

Is there any way he's used 600 DVC points this year (8 days at Aulani, a few days at Disneyland Villas, and then a day here and there at some WDW properties plus a few days in Hilton Head)? And if he didn't use them, how can he use them all next year when he wants to be on the backroads and small towns 75% of the time? I mean, I'm no DVC expert but isn't 600 points for a single, loner-type guy a lot of points?

And finally, this 30 min walk 'n talk made ZERO mention of retirement next year when he turns 50, which he's mentioned many many times the past few years.

Not sure why you need 48 minutes (I am not watching it), whereas Jake was able to do it in 24 mins.
You mean Jake doesn't over-explain and constantly repeat useless, off-topic things? Not looking forward to watching 48 minutes of this, I'll likely have to skim it . In fact now I just want to watch the Bright Sun version 😂

David the dolt thinks that pineapples are much fresher and sweeter in Hawaii as he eats his with Li-Hing powder all over it. Has zero idea of what it is and doesn’t bother to quickly look it up. It is a powder made from plum pits and is toxic at high levels of ingestion. its meant to boost the sweetness of whatever you are eating David! Its not different pineapple! California bans the sale of this powder bc of its toxicity. I have a feeling that he will put that sh$# on everything this week! Bon Appetite David!

It appears David blocked me on Facebook for having the audacity to criticize him for talking so much shit about "his boys" after he was dick riding them all year, especially early in the season, you know when World Series' are won? He's becoming Charmin soft just like his pals the Slackers.
Congratulations on your block!

That means you told the TRUTH, and he knows it.

I also agree that taking his mom on such a special vacation is really nice.
But...if it truly is to have good memories with an aging parent then make it all about that.
Put down the camera, stop the stupid narration and let your mom be a mom and relax and not have to be "camera ready"
These bloggers are missing life...take it in and actually experience it.
I agree, it's not so much about traveling with his mom (although I do agree that he has no one else in his life that he could take besides his parents - even the majority of losers, uh, I mean "friends" he hangs out with all have significant others and/or kids), it's the fact he can't step away and just enjoy the time with his mom. Many comments on these vids are about him and his mom and how nice it is for them to have this experience together, so he knows it gets people going. Same with the road trip he took with his dad. Neither thing needed to be vlogged.

It's really sad that he made a vlog for Day 1 of this trip and expressed how he's so happy to do nothing and just vacation and enjoy the time with his mom. He can't live without the daily vlog on an emotional level, regardless of whatever tax write-offs may be involved.
---
David is like a fish out of water there. He knows nothing about the culture, the people the food or the deliberate aesthetics of an infinity pool. The place is pricey, even for David so my guess is that his mom will be cooking up some vittles in that grand kitchen whilst she does a load of laundry. If he cared to know or wanted to try some great non resort food, he woukd take a stroll across the road and go to Monkey Pod at happy hour. Give your mom a real break David oh and he tells us that his retirement plan will be to visit Hawaii every year of his life. Ok David. Until YT changes their monetization and he is kicked out to the curb.
Exactly, there's a reason no food was shown during Day 1, and you saw mayo and mustard on the counter in the kitchen. I suspect they'll be eating a lot of cereal and sandwiches most of the time.

He strikes me as a lonely man. He just wants a wife (or husband), but he’ll never admit it cause that ain’t punk. Can’t conform 🙄
Just my opinion…

And yeah, he is Mr. Redundant at this point. The only thing new he will do on this trip is Hawaii, but considering that's at the Disney resort he will likely just point out hidden Mickeys the entire time. Or just google "movies filmed in Hawaii" and see if there's anything up Adam's alley (most likely the Jurassic movies as well as Break Poink, off the top of my head).
I don't think he will enjoy Aulani much, I see him getting bored quick. We go once a year and it is definitely one of my favorite resorts, but for Adam I am sure he will be disappointed there is really no "disney theme" to it besides the characters and some light touches. He will venture off to the movie and tourist spots like Waikiki, Downtown Honolulu, Northshore, Kualoa Ranch, etc.

The stupid smirk doesn't help either. Smile like a normal person or do nothing, but that smirk
Don't forget the dumb "looking surprised" look. . . . most recently featured in his Universal studios vlog thumbnail.

There used to be a time when Adam talked like he was pumped up on caffeine or meth, but his presentational tone has become a bit more subdued in the last few years, like he decided to go on a perpetual lazy river ride thru life. Now more often than not, his mildly effervescent loquaciousness is stymied because he is slow and super lazy and instead of preparing he just records a docent or guide, saving him all the trouble of rounding out his daily content. In the recent WW2 memorials video he was either conveniently quietly respectful or reverentially hushed into silence, or something else. I think his silence speaks volumes of his lack of knowledge and understanding of the world around him. I think his brain is infected with the mindset of right wing white evangelicalism. He's glad the missionaries came to paradise and made the natives put clothes on! And his little remark about "rainbows even on the busses" only makes me wonder what he and his mom where talking about.; was it, "Oh look, more pretty rainbows!" or was it, "Tsk, tsk more signs of alien gay indoctrination!"?

He’d still be loading hay and seed at the old feed store in Kissimmee I reckon. Hell with his experience he might’ve even been the assistant to the assistant regional manger if he played his cards right.
I sure hope he'd be in some sort of management role because, as we all know, Adam is a real badass who does whatever he wants all the time. I doubt he'd be receptive to a "manager" or "supervisor" or "boss" telling him what to do.
---
He implied in a pinned comment that some of his other traditional content (AKA Woopeats) would be coming to an end as well. If he really is serious about cranking out different content, I'm wondering if he's considering moving back to Southern California? SoCal offers an endless amount of content for him to cover when he's not traveling, while there's pretty much not much else for him to vlog other than Disney when he's back in Central Florida. Also, he seems to be a be a whole lot happier whenever he's visiting SoCal, which is where his bestie Daphne Del Ray lives as well as other close friends. It'll be interesting to see what happens in 2024.
If he moves back to SoCal, he'll just go to Disneyland with Giggles every day.

The Disney / Celebration stuff in central Florida is pretty much a self-imposed limitation on Adam's part. Even considering his Universal Studios ban, there's also Sea World., there's LegoLand... does Busch Gardens still have the park with the cool animal park in Tampa? And that's just big theme parks. There's Kennedy Space Center. There are parks, there are beaches, there are museums. Then there are all of the smaller attractions and tourist traps that try to pick up the Disney scraps. A 5-second Google search turned up this list of suggestions:
Adam's been to only a handful of these. He has no interest in anything new at this point, and he has no incentive to try anything different because his fans will watch anything he does -- including watching him babble incoherently at the camera for 30 minutes -- and act like it's the height of creativity.

There are too many words that describe people like David that use complex or unnecessary words when they speak. This in order to appear smart when it is apparent that they aren’t. It gives his lack of knowledge of English and education away, but he continues to do it.

I forgot to address the "off the rails as planned" comment. I don't recall him every mentioning planning to go off the rails. He says it like we all knew about it.

You just knew when he went to Epcot with Ryan and said "I knew if I ate any of it, I'd eat all of it" that he was going to binge at DragonCon. Maybe that's what he meant by "planned"

Really looking forward to the flight experience videos: Atlanta to LA (John Wayne Airport, of course, where he'll tell us he prefers to fly there and one of the biggest reasons is that the car rental is right there in the airport), LA to Hawaii, Hawaii to LA, LA to Orlando. Gosh, that's 4 flight videos coming up, won't be redundant at all like those gym videos.

There's almost no reason to look at Adam's IG now, he's replacing the gym posts with amazing content like this

So he's wearing the collared shirt because his Aunt and Uncle are in town and they are going to dinner with his parents. It's clear that's why he's wearing it even though he says "I have no idea why I'm wearing this shirt" 🥴

Let the over-explaining commence. Things over-explained in this video in order to make it to 30 mins:

  • Jet lag
  • how big of a Rays fan he is, down to exactly how and what devices he uses to watch games on the road
  • his entire YouTube career
  • his work experience prior to YouTube ("I worked bankers hours, I mean, I didn't work at a bank, but...")
  • his hair

Adam thinks going to see the Rays in every MLB stadium makes him some sort of superior super fan. He thinks it shows true dedication. He should try moving to St. Pete and attending all 81 home games and see if he can do it, no? That's a bit more dedication that flying first class all over the place to take in one game here and there.

He says wants to get away from dated events and "lists", right after mentioning he has 12 more stadiums on his list to visit 😂. "You know, next year I've gotta do the baseball stuff" 😂. Right Adam, sure you do. Don't forget the $130k in DVC points that certainly qualify as "dated events" every year.

Yet another Pumpkin Spice Latte, always good for the soul and the belly!

Adam wants a change, he needs a change. He's got a "dated" event lined up at the end of October (probably Haunt-related and probably in California) but he's not sure he'll actually do it. Adam needs to be alone (sorry Chelsea), and he misses the backroads. So Adam's big change is to simply re-visit what he's done a million times before, backroads, including this year as recently as 4 months ago.

He says he loves doing daily videos, it puts his mind at ease and "it's just what I do." Duh, it's his only outlet socially, and it's also his job. A job that allows him to travel in first class and do as he pleases.

He then confesses that although he LOVES Celebration and loves living there, as soon as he got back he wanted to leave again . He's FORCING himself to stay at home for almost 3 whole weeks, everyone! Wow, what gumption Adam has to stand up to...Adam. And he says he doesn't want to fly anywhere, so the small towns and backroads will be all the same areas around Florida that he's done already, at least initially. No flying to Wisconsin or Minnesota or the Dakotas and then driving around areas he's never really explored, it'll be Georgia and up the east coast or across Alabama, Mississippi, etc.

In 2024 he's replacing DragonCon with D23, so still a convention. What a huge change 🥴. He wants to do small towns and backroads 75% of the time. He thinks this is what people want to see. That would be a huge change in his content compared to the last 5-6 years and I'd be interested to see what that would do to his views when it becomes 75% of the time.

He blames his social anxiety on his poor interactions with fans, and then blabs on about everything he's already said, regurgitating it endlessly.

He throws in that he's been thinking about where he wants to end up. Probably not Florida or California, he says, but doesn't provide any other info about where he would like to "end up". You can be sure this means he will end up in Florida or California.

Rest of the month will be mostly haunts and WDW. Then he will hit the road, maybe? He says he can't do another year of the "same old same old" he's done the past few years. Of course the remedy is NOT to find something new to do, it's to go back to to the "same old same old" that he did in the 2010's.

He concludes by obsessively zooming in on a PVC pipe in the stupid lake and confessing that it wasn't so much that the Rays lost, it's that he couldn't there when they lost. It's always about Adam, isn't it?

This is the type of conversation any normal person would have with their best friends, their family, their confidantes. Adam has it with a camera walking around Celebration. That pretty much says it all.

Someone asked if he was going to Oogie Boogie Bash and he said yes. I bet he flew to LAX to pick up Grifter Girl to take her (free of charge) to Disneyland.

This is so true. It's well documented that he is often aloof to anyone to approaches him outside of his very small circle of vlogging "friends." The immediate interpretation is that he's an asshole but I think you identified the real problem - immense social awkwardness. His most constant relationship over the last 10+ years has been with a camera. His most frequent social interactions have been in a comment section.
THIS. Spot on.

And furthermore, this is why he chooses to mouth off to people in the comments.

He wouldn't DARE have the balls to say what he says sometimes to someone's face.
---
Are people surprised he is a dysfunctional man-child? I certainly am not. It takes a certain personality type to hold up a camera or phone, talk into it about pretty much nothing of consequence and upload it for the public to consume. He is just another one who happened to be an early adopter. if he tried starting the same channels today he would have little to no success given how much competition is out there now.
I'm not surprised he's a backwards manchild, in general.
I think that, for most, the surprising thing is that he lacks the ability to even be somewhat courteous to someone who recognizes him.

As I've told my story countless times but for those who never read it, all I said was a very nonchalant, "Hey, Adam the Woo -" as DH and I stood an arm's length away from him in the "queue line" of the "switchback" waiting to get into the BttF panel at MegaCon back in 2019. My intent was just to say "hi" and that we watch him. That's it. Didn't want to carry on a 30-minute-long conversation with the guy.

All he had to say was "Hey, hi."
Instead he looked at me, turned away, then put his phone up to his ear and pretended like he was listening to someone talking to him. 🙄

To the contrary, we also met View from the Cheapseats hours before and he and Mary were SO nice. In fact, they wanted to talk to US more than we felt the need to talk to them. LOL They kept asking us questions about our favorite places in Sanford when we mentioned we like to head up Sanford and visit some of the places they've showed, etc. I cannot say one bad thing about that interaction and all it started with was me going past them saying, "Hey guys, we love your vlogs." They were genuinely smiling, friendly, and decent to talk with.

(yes, I was purposefully redundant like Adam with "queue line" 🤣 and no, for the record, I'm not an ogre with three arms and horns growing out of my head enough for him to not want to say hi)
