I’m gonna say it, I quite like Brittany! Ok, she does far too many #ads, and she begs too much ... however, at least she does stick to the SW plan and she does to class every week and her food looks good most of the time. She’s much better than a lot of the SW accounts, like keepingupwithkirstyleasw who hasn’t lost any weight in a very long time and never manages a full day on plan

She barely follows the plan and has gained at least 2-3 stone since getting to target, She just binge and restricts, she basically has an eating disorder. plus she lies about her size and edits her body pics

I’m 24 living at home and we always have and always will eat together. It’s a huge part of our lives sharing a meal, I will never understand families that don’t eat with their kids. She’s not a baby and needs to be in bed by 6pm!

In fairness to SW they don’t actually tell you this (I’ve only ever seen granules quotes) and it’s others interpretation of the plan. I’ve never felt the need to tweak to save syns and I’ve never met anyone else who does.

I’ve done SW on and off for years and they tell you NOT to tweak. They tell you to use your syns and surely using a spoon of gravy granules for 2 syns is a lot healthier than mushed up onions or peas. It’s like when they make crisps out of lasagne sheets? Just eat some fucking walkers.
