I think it’s funny in that grid post with mark there’s a photo of them on, what looks like, a yoga mat. And they’re posing as if they’ve just done a workout. the girl is delusional.

Would she drop him, though? Her entire world consists of: Alfie, Alfie's family, people on her payroll (the "office" girls, her manager), occasionally her own family, and Mark. That's it. If she drops Mark, she'd have no actual friend that's only hers and that isn't also an employee.
