Yes it’s Tiffs dad who owns the pub.
I believe Sams mum is a property developer, no idea about the father.
I find it very strange how after so little time Zara is talking about ‘our house’ etc. It’s Sams house, she has just moved in.

She’s so desperate to please she runs about after the house mate and cooks for him too lol! Honestly I can’t put it into words why she annoys me as much as she does lol. She just seems like such a beg

Now someone has said she’s trying to be skinny to emulate Sams ex TIFF’s figure cause she’s very slim and petite and I can 100% see it!

she is completely different to Tiff as she’s tall and used to have a womanly figure but now she’s starving herself to be stick thin and it’s not a good look. Wouldn’t surprise me at all seeing as how insecure she came across on MIC

I was just on Olivia bentleys Instagram who is obvs close with tiff.... under all pics tiff has commented fire emojis and wee comments telling her she’s looking good etc.... who pops up on one.... Zara the beg hahaha Leaving heart eyes

Yeah Sam & Louise’s parents (or mum) was into property development but I read somewhere yonks ago that they/she managed to retired from it in their late 40s. Good for them

Reckon because Zara isn’t as famous as she thought from X factor shes clinging onto him (hopes of marrying into money now?) LOL

and yes the whole trying to be posh... love you’re from Upminster, not the poshest part of Essex haha!

can she go one day on Instagram without mentioning “my boyfriend” on her stories and telling some boring anecdote to make them look like couple goals. Today it was about “my boyfriend” ringing her while she was out. Groundbreaking.

She is such a beg and he doesn’t seem half as interested or invested as she does. It was the same when she was with Adam.

She acts like it's her first boyfriend... Not even calling him Sam even though all of her followers know his name, posting screenshots of their private messages... I bet Sam is so cringed out by it but she would cry if he asked her to stop like she did when he said he didn't want to buy her a ring 6 months into their relationship
