I went to my first bootcamp class yesterday. The first kind of proper physical exercise I've done in about 10 years. I couldn't even walk back to the car my legs were like jelly. Today, I can't even sit on the toilet without screaming out, I can't walk down the stairs. Was it worth it?! Absolutely
