What I eat in a day

Breakfast - porridge made with almond milk and berries.
Lunch - 3 egg omelette
Dinner - spag Bol with lots of cheese and then a 10 calorie jelly pot for dessert.
snacks - bag of mini cheddars, baby bel and a Twix

Today I've eaten

B - Bagel thin with butter and a flat white
L - Banana, hula hoops, 1/2 chicken katsu sushi, a pink lady
Tea will be: homemade ramen noodle broth

and a likely snack when I get home from work is rice cake, hummus and beef tomato.

Egg, Greek yogurt, turkey bacon, guacamole, OJ and hazelnut sandwich + 2 coffees

Lunch - ham & feta salad
Dinner - halloumi burger (and salad, lol)
Snacks - Skips, Mini Choc Fingers and 10 cal jelly

I’ve had a banana, a cup of tea and a mcchicken sandwich meal with a coke.. don’t think I’ll eat again today I feel really sick

I bloody love watching these videos, always get a lot of inspiration from them I train so I always have 2 breakfasts this is what I had yesterday

Breakfast 1: Cinnamon & raisin bagel thin & oat milk coffee
Breakfast 2: Protein pancakes with strawberries and peanut butter
Drink : Ice coffee
Lunch : Chicken, Avocado, peppers tomatoes and spinach salad with thinly sliced potatoes and creme freche
Snack : Quavers
Snack : Banana
Dinner : Chicken Katsu curry with cauliflower rice and tender stem broccoli
Snack : Ice Pole
Drink : Options hot chocolate

Breakfast - bacon and mushrooms on toasted white with lurpack
Lunch - nothing as had late breakfast
Dinner - three butchers sausages, loads of peas, buttery mash with stilton and onion Gravy.
Might have half a tin of fruit salad with my daughter later.
Drinks - 2 x coffees, 3 x earl grey, 2 x 750ml cold cups of sugar free orange and mango diluting juice. I'm highly likely to have around 3 more cups of tea this evening too.

Breakfast = coffee
Lunch = Linda McCartney sausage sandwich with hp sauce and cucumber sticks on the side
Dinner = vivera kebab in a pitta bread with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion and garlic aioli.
My meals have been healthy today but Iv eaten more than half a packet of ginger nuts throughout the day and all I can think about is eating the rest

B=Nature Valley salty peanut cereal bar

L= Chicken club sandwich (Tesco), handful of Lentil crisps, an apple

D= 10 Itsu vegetable gyoza and a random sausage leftover from my kids meals

Snacks- Hot chocolate and 3 x rich tea later tonight

Drinks= Tea x I’ve lost count (Yorkshire biscuit or jammy flavour with skimmed milk ) and some Sainsbury’s diet bitter lemon.

Breakfast - Apple juice and a coffee. I normally have some fruit on the bus on the way to work but someone threw up on the bus so didn’t fancy it this morning
Dinner - Ham and mustard sandwich again and a banana (the breakfast fruit)
Snack - Two caramel snack’a’jacks
Tea - Pork belly, mash and gravy and a can of coke

Another 1.5L of water again today. Going to try and up it to two from tomorrow!

S: M&S spiced iced bun and cup of tea

Lunch - cheeseburger happy with meal with a coke and a side of mozzarella sticks
Still not feeling well. Didn’t have the energy to make lunch so I ordered food gonna try and nip the not eating in and be healthy again from tomorrow

Breakfast- crunchynut cornflakes and oat mik with coffee
Snack - candyfloss grapes
Lunch - cheese, hummus and tomato toastie with salt and vinegar crisps
Tea - vegetable stir fry with peanut and soy sauce
Snack - 5 pieces of chocolate and some Aldi meringue things that I suspect should be a cake decoration, not just for snacking

Also more coffee, tea and nearly 2l of water

What like through the letterbox

Today:

10am beans on toast (last day of holiday in hotel)
3pm small can of sour cream and onion Pringles (aeroplane snack)
8pm scallop and prawn pasta (meal out - holiday mode still)

Back to work tomorrow and have promised myself I’ll start eating well again. Just been through a traumatic breakup which has left me almost 2 stone lighter than this time next year so can’t wait to feel healthy again and get back into the gym

12pm - iced almond milk latte

7pm - bowl of homemade spiced butternut squash soup, pitta bread.

10pm - 2 vegan chocolate truffles

Just learnt I’m losing my job this weekend as we are all being laid off so not much of an appetite
