Breakfast: greek yoghurt with honey and cinnamon
Lunch: ramen with an egg and spring onion
Snack: chocolate and some nuts
Dinner: 'boerenkool' (a very typical Dutch dish for winter). It's basically a kale and potato mash with sausage and gravy
Exercise: 5km walk and I started day 1 of the 30 day yoga challenge from yoga with adriene which was 30 minutes VERY light movement
