B: 2 coffees and some pistachios and walnuts
L: a banana, milk with 4 biscuits
D: will be potato and leek soup. and for dessert if im still hungry some dried figs.
 
Yesterday I had the hangover from hell. I stayed up to 4am for NYE and at 29, that’s a late one for me believe me I’m normally very sensible 🤣

B - nowt couldn’t hold a thing down
L - sausage sw made by my partner, pure rotten
D - nandos fakeaway, 10/10
S - 1 Lindt ball. The mushy middle really upset me (they’d be put by a radiator)

No caffeine, just loads of water

Thank god for a fresh day today 🤣

Yesterday
B/ toast and butter, soya latte
L/ I really can't remember eating any lunch. So none? I ate breakfast late though.
D/ made a homemade curry and rice. So good to have loads of veg after the last couple of weeks of stodge.

Glass of prosecco, chocolate cupcake.
 
Breakfast: avocado, bacon and egg on toast with black pepper and chilli powder
Dinner: roast chicken, sausage sage and onion stuffing, mashed potatoes, parmentier potatoes, carrots, broccoli, peas and Yorkshire pudding
Snacks: Haribo mix up and 2 milk chocolate digestives
Drinks: volvic lemon water and decaf coffee

Leftover dominos
Pizza fries with a load of salad for health 😂

no exercise today, my joints have been playing up so wanted to rest them. Back to it tomorrow!

D - McDonald's! I had a festive stack, 2 chicken selects, fries and a coke 😬I've got a triple cheeseburger extra pickles for 2am munchies/breakfast tomorrow

12pm - almond milk cappuccino, half an apple 🍏

4pm - slice of toast and hummus

9pm -piece of Camembert with red onion chutney, slice of panettone, Diet Coke

Lots of water and watered down juice

Exercise = 5 mile walk around our fields
 
B - bacon sandwich
L - halloumi pitta
D - chicken Sunday roast
S - banana sponge with custard

2 coffees, 1 tea and water
 
Breakfast : boiled egg and soldiers and a tea
Lunch : nothing as I had my breakfast at about 11ish
Dinner : vegetable stir fry and spring rolls
Snack : couple of quality street 😅
 
B/ toast
L/ coffee and a bowl of cereal
D/ Linda McCartney burger on a bun and oven chippies. Blackcurrant jelly with fizzy cream.

1 coffee, 2 tea and water

Back to work tomorrow, going to food prep before I go to sleep tonight
 
breakfast : toast with butter. hazelnut yoghurt with chopped nuts, strawberries and blueberrrys

lunch : pasta with chilli pesto & santini tomatoes with finely grated cheese

dinner : curry & rice

snacks: kinder cards

drinks: water
 
porridge and fruit
tapas lunch: goats cheese and beetroot salad, garlic mushrooms and pita and hummus
yogurt and granola bowl
and some chocolate:)

Breakfast: toast with butter and hagelslag and an orange
Lunch: 2 slices of bread with cheese and some spicy tomato soup
Snack: an orange and a muesli bar
Dinner: burrito bowl
Had my last 2 ferrero rochers that I got for christmas after dinner

Drank 2 cups of coffee and a lot of tea and water throughout the day and I walked 6km as my exercise

Greek pasta salad which was super nice, added a tablespoon of lighter than light mayo

Hi guys! We go again 😂
Brekkie: weetabix, honey and banana. Oat milk latte
Lunch: turkey, cauli rice, tenderstem broccoli, spinach and sweet chili sauce. So boring but needs must
Tea: chicken curry and pilau rice with mango chutney
Snacks: 2 mini sausage rolls, grapes and a slither of banana bread
Drinks: water and tea
Exercise: 2 x 1.5 mile walks and a 3 mile run
