10am - cappuccino

2pm - soya flat white, half of a blackcurrant flapjack

6pm - 2 vegan ‘fishfingers’, oven chips and peas. Glass of red wine

Lots of water

Exercise = 7 mile beach walk, game of basketball 🏀

Gallbladder is giving me grief now … I’m falling apart 😆

Bagel and cream cheese
Bbq lentil crisps
McDonald’s double 1/4 pounder meal with Diet Coke

Did over 10,000 Fitbit steps like everyday
 
Lunch: Tofu, buttered noodles and green beans

Dinner: Hake with steamed veg, cauliflower rice, paprika fries and a squeeze of lemon.

Snacks: pineapple and peaches, an oat milk latte
 
11am - almond milk cappuccino

1pm - slice of toast with peanut butter

7pm - veggie burger, fries, Diet Coke

Lots and lots of water

No exercise today as it’s Friday and I’ve committed to taking Fridays off from now on

B - kiwi and apple smoothie
L - chicken teriyaki and kfc bites
D - burger and fries out - beaut

no exercise, 5k steps
 
B - toast with peanut butter
l - homemade leek and potato soup
T - lentil Dahl (homemade) and nann bread (shop bought) followed by toffee banana crumble

dogs walked, 11,500 steps, 24 floors

b- porridge with peanut butter
l- pb toast + yogurt and granola
s- a biscuit
t- bbq salmon and veg tacos (soft shell)
s- yogurt and cereal

drinks - 1.7L water, x3 tea with oat milk + 2 peppermint teas
exercise - 30 min hiit + hills run on peloton + 10 min abs + 7k steps total :)

How do you find the tread? I’m desperate for one but can’t get one until I can pay for a separate pimped up garden shed 😂 I’ve got the bike and that already takes up the entire spare room

8pm - half a portion of macaroni cheese

Lots of water

Exercise - 28 lengths of the pool

2 Chicken wraps with tzatziki, lettuce and tomato
popcorn during film night

20 minute spin, 20 minute arms and shoulders

2l of water, can of coke.
15 min HIIT workout, 7432 steps so far - doubt I’ll get much more now

i got a huguenot water bottle today (935ml !!!) so i’ve managed to get 3.5L in so easily
also did a 45 min peloton ride 😋
