What I eat in a day #2 WIEIAD

Breakfast - Turkey rashers, fried cherry tomatoes (loads of S&P), 2 eggs and x1 piece of toasted sourdough and a cup of tea

Lunch - Cup of tea and a biscuit

Dinner - Honey and Garlic Chicken, honey glazed carrots with garlic butter rice and a can of coke zero

Snack for the Brits tonight - I'll air fry some green beans with salt and parmesan cheese. Or else Doritos and dip and some Gin. Haven't decdied ha.

B - Cheerios and semi skimmed milk
L - chicken wrap with ranch dressing and chilli jam
D - chicken tinga tacos
S - 3 jaffas and a 2 finger Kit Kat

E - 45 minute bootcamp
 
11am - almond milk cappuccino

7pm - Greek salad wrap

Lots of water and watered down juice 🧃

Exercise = 30 minute run, 30 min HIIT workout and 45 mins cross trainer.

Enjoying having the house and gym to myself again, my husband just gets in the way 😆
 
Right!!!!! I’ve had a busy couple of months with one thing and another, but I’m back and going to write here every day to keep me on track. So yesterday:

Brekkie: half a bagel with butter and an actimel
Lunch: small bowl of sausage pasta bake
Snack: couple of crackers with Wensleydale and red onion chutney, grapes
Tea: chicken roast, a glass of red wine then a piece of choc brownie
Had a cup of tea and water throughout the day
Exercise: 60 min hot yoga class and 8k steps

I’ve had a stressful few work weeks but want to start posting more too! I started again and then forgot 😅

B - Protein bagel, 2 eggs, 2 slices Turkey bacon
L - chicken and halloumi wrap with lettuce and tomato, yogurt and mint dressing
D - gousto chicken almond curry, rice and a small naan bread

E - 30 minute leg weights

Brekkie: weetabix honey and banana 🍌
Lunch: chicken salad with sweet potato and Nando’s perinaise
Tea: chicken curry with steamed rice and mango chutney
Snack: a twirl
Drinks: tea, water and a cappuccino
Exercise: 30 mins strength training and 9k steps

After a month of injuries/covid/other miscellaneous infections and all the *comfort eating* beige food im starting again

Mon 21
B: Green pineapple juice
L: Scrambled egg, salmon, ciabatta
D: roast chicken, mash, tenderstem broccoli, gravy

Snacks - 2 corn cobs, half a crossaint, a chocolate snowman

30mins on stationary bike (trying to ease myself back in slowly), 500ml water

1pm - iced almond milk latte

5pm - graze caramel and hazelnut bar

8pm - veggie burger 🍔, glass of chocolate soya milk

Lots of water and watered down juice

No exercise as I’ve just come off a very stressful job and needed some time to just calm down …and relax

B: nothing
L: got roped into doing some furniture moving so ended up with mcds 🙊 large mcplant meal and a filet fish (just incase I didn't like the mcplant - but I did, but still finished the other)
D: was meant to be a tuna poke bowl, but burnt my finger and now I'm sat in agony and feeling sorry for myself - why are burns so painful!? Resisting the urge to order one in as I'm going out for sushi tomorrow night. Might just have some chocolate and call it a night

lunch - grilled chicken and green salad
snack - walnuts and dried cherries
dinner - pasta with cheese and herbs on top
another snack - tea, 3 biscuits, small piece of bread and a piece of cheese

I shamelessly live on cheese and bread. I've been eating better but the after dinner snack was unnecessary today. Hey ho, moving on.

30 minutes arms, chest and back weights and 10 minute cycle

Lunch- salt and pepper chicken wrap with lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes & peppers
snacks - jammy dodger & salt and vinegar cracker crisps

3 cups of tea, 2l of water

Brekkie: a choc brioche bun, a banana and an actimel
Lunch: a bagel with chicken sausage, egg, spinach, mushroom and a bit of red pesto
Tea: salmon coconut rice with tenderstem broccoli and chilli
Snacks: a kiwi and a piece of brownie
Drinks: tea, cappuccino and water
Exercise: 2 mile walk at lunchtime and a 40 min kettlebell workout

B porridge
L cheese and onion toastie
D nuggets and curly fries. Really couldn't be bothered too cool. Felt mentally drained today

1pm - latte, cinnamon bun

7pm - falafel salad wrap, guava juice

Lots of water

No exercise but I did shop till I dropped 😆

Breakfast- Whole wheat toast, 1 egg, a couple cherry tomatoes
Lunch- Meatballs, a couple cherry tomatoes, some parsley, whole wheat toast, a table spoon of mayo, a few walnuts and a table spoon-ish dried berries
Dinner- veggie meatballs, a slice of leftover pizza, and because I had dinner at like 5.30 pm, I'm also having a bowl of yogurt with a tiny apple chopped into it, with some raw oatmeal and tsp of peanut butter on top. I was worried I'd be famished by bedtime if I didn't wrap the meal up with something else.

Glad I didn't give into my impulse of reaching for the ginger biscuits. I kind of still want some but I'll have a cup of cinnamon green tea and see if I'm actually craving it or if it's just my mouth feeling lonely 😂

L - mushroom and cheese wrap.
D - quorn chicken nuggets, sweet potatoes fries and baked beans.

Snacks - 1 slice homemade choc brownie and a slice of patisa (also know as soan papdi).
Drinks - water.

B - 2 egg omelette, Turkey bacon, weightwatchers wrap - gross, does anyone go through a stage of hating eggs? I love/hate them
L - soup and 2 ryvita thin crackers
D - pork satay rice with cucumber and radish salad
S - Kitkat and toffee crisp both snack size, babybel and protein yogurt

E - 45 minute bootcamp and lemme tell you I am aching 💀
