I chuckle every time I write hidden veg on this tread as it sounds like I’m cooking for a child when really it’s my boyfriend who has the palette of a 5 year old and requires veg cut so small he can’t see or taste it

Toastie with Gouda cheese and sliced tomatoes. Crisps.
Some of my batched cooked chilli out the freezer easy cooking tonight burgers tomorrow and might make shepherd's pie for tuesday
Greek salad with honey mustard potatoes and some tuna
Enchiladas tonight
Spaghetti bolognese with tit loads of parmesan 
Light snack, scrambled eggs followed with a mince pie and a cup of coffee.
Salmon with Salad and new potatoes.
Salmon topped with Panko bread crumbs, roast tomato and onion for side
Memphis bbq pork steaks from Aldi, they’re delicious. Stuffed mushrooms, salad and rainbow coleslaw
Chicken fajitas with avocado, salsa, sour cream and a salad.
Homemade fish, chips and mushy peas (not homemade!)
Toast spread with guacamole and sliced tomatoes.
Might treat myself to a cheeky mc Donalds
Home made macaroni cheese 
Sausage, mash and veg
A baked potato and ham.
