The BEST cottage cheese is Longley. It’s available at Iceland and Asda.
100%. I had some supermarket home-brand the other week and it was like water. I like the Longley Cheese and Chive the best.

Worked a crazy day today so threw some jacket potatoes in the slow cooker this morning and had them for dinner with salad and cheese and beans. Simple basic dinner but I love it!
