Sounds like one of my fryups using all leftovers and maybe a egg.Mac and cheese with all sorts in it - kale, mushrooms, chipolatas and onions. I should probably just call it a cheesy pasta bake

Spicy dhal with lots of steamed veg and brown rice.
Fishcakes with cheesy mashed potato and lots of veg on the side.
I had subway for lunch so probably have a pretty small tea today. Maybe some beans on crumpets.
