I'll need to take a look at that, I was going get garden witch life but apparently it's terrible with bugs an at times unplayable which is a pity cause it looks like my type game, so I got astro instead

The first one from 2007 is the most atmospheric game I think I've ever played.
It's taken a long time to get released. The dev team are Ukranian hence the "Chornobyl" and hence the delays.

Do any of you game on a laptop? Mine is finally dying and I'm looking to replace it but man I am so stuck on what to go for as I'm pretty clueless 
my current one is a Dell gaming laptop which I bought second hand but had really good specs for the time. I mainly play planet zoo and sims 4 so would like something that can handle that. Ideally under £1k but after looking online that seems like it may not be realistic anymore

As you know, it is Black Friday and so Amazon have a few good deals on gaming laptops. There is a Dell g15 for around £650 or an Asus F15 for around £950.Do any of you game on a laptop? I just got an MSI to replace my old MSI. The old one run both Sims 4 and Planet Zoo. I haven’t tried Planet Zoo on the new one but it handles Sims 4 and Baldurs Gate 3. It was less than £1,000 from AO.
I do! I got an MSI a few years back for about 700? Maybe 8? I only play steam games and mainly use it for work so it rarely gets challenged but when I bought it back in 2021 people with more knowledge than I said it was a decent one for the price point. I can't remember what model it is but can look!

If you have the space I'd highly recommend a pc though, there's groups on my FB where people build them an I've seen gaming ones go for as cheap as £400, they don't have the newest of stuff in them but they will still run games perfectly fine an the plus is you can always replace parts as you go when needed, I also run my pc on my TV as well so don't even need a monitor for it, the downside is obvs unlike a laptop you can't really take it about with you, but I'd take advantage of the black Friday deals an even see if you can get money off a new one with part exchange, I know Currys usually do that

Only issue is it is big and heavy and the battery life isn't great, so it's not really portable.
Has anyone gotten a preorder for GTA6 or the switch 2, curious to know if the pre orders are out for these now that we are in 2025, according to rumours, switch 2 is April/may release an GTA October/November
It's only worth preordering if there are offers with it; I haven't seen anything yet. I'm still going to be surprised if it does come out this year.

Then, I'm not sure I'm all that keen to play it online; I'll play the campaign (for want of a better expression) stuff for sure.
But GTA Online is chaotic right now so I might just stick to the single player stuff.
As for Xbox Prime, that's a dreadful title and brings up either Amazon or that dreadful energy drink...
Am just excited for a change, GTA5 has been out so long that am just bored with it now, only time I'll do online is a private server with friends, online always has been an I'd imagine will be with 6 crap with trolls, it's like SoT, you don't get to enjoy the game for others just making it their point to cause bother

Yes; I like Sea of Thieves but, like you, only when played with people I know in a private server. GTA Online is very much the same.
I think it will always be an X something; I'm still surprised they haven't just made the console an X shape by this point!
The Series X or whatever it is called is essentially just an underpowered PC tower in shape and function so we'll see what they come up with...as long as it isn't the same size (or bigger) than the PS5...
It's a pity because so many good games are ruined by people being trolls online, sometimes a friend of mine would manage to get a whole server working together on SoT an it was always a really good gaming night, but it was rare
Am not sure if I'd go for the next Xbox if it really is a 2026 release, to me the technology hasn't or won't have jumped enough for there to be a massive difference that will be worth it, it's like the ps5 an 5pro, I kept the ps5 because it was pointless upgrading just for some better graphics that I prob personally wouldn't notice myself, playstation have said they plan to hold off a good few years before the 6 is out as id imagine they are waiting until there's something new or better with tech before releasing, Xbox just feels like they are trying to push something out for the sake of it because they are fading in the background, you have playstation having just released the pro an 30th anniversary consoles an Nintendo will be coming out soon with their successor to the switch so no one is caring about Xbox right now so this feels like they just want something out to get back into news an it's probably too early for anything really good
