I can imagine her saying something like that for someone with severe clinical depression tbh
Plus suggesting some Juice Plus from her Dad and maybe some of her Mum's dance workouts. Oh and heck, maybe Folk's toothpicks will help as well.

Crying laughing at the fact she's somehow just realised that the American Dream is a lie. Girl, did you never read The Great Gatsby in GCSE english??

The whole Minerva experience sounds like a chaotic mess.

Even colonial-era immigration doesn't always = colonisation. The Irish people sent to work on Caribbean plantations by Oliver Cromwell, for example. Jade is so frustrating when she speaks about things. 😅
every time she speaks on any kind of serious issue it just makes it mroe and more clear why she didn't get into oxford

How tf are they still sleeping in such close quarters and sharing a bathroom with 20+ people. I would had it in the first semester in San Francisco. There is just no privacy living like that.

I’ve not had energy to say anything coherent about the Samsung monitor but I’m SO over these influencers being sent things for free, when their products could be sent to much more deserving and needing people who would benefit so much from the item

but no, it’s sent to Jade to post about and then post a couple photos of her baring her teeth and studying

Previous story: ON A PLANE TO NY!!
This story: I'M SUCH a NATURE GORL!!

How is she not ashamed of herself?
And then drinking coffee of.whatever it was from a plastic bag. Her carbon footprint is probably higher than all of us on this thread put together

Recap of latest video:

- Minerva is NOT a scam guyz!! Please believe me!! My friends are doing master's degrees at Oxbridge!! Employability from scam universities is actually so good!
- "I believe we're valuable"
- Minerva's tuition is $25k a year...but financial aid guys
- She loves Taiwan! It's "so underrated!!" (millions of people live there and visit there each year, you idiot). Also Taiwanese people are just so spiritual, and the old people "do Tai Chi, sword fighting, and yoga!". There also "no hustle culture" (says someone who doesn't actually live or work there).
- Although she was too lazy learn Chinese, she "learned every language of every other country" she went to.
- She doesn't want to "sell her soul to investment banking" (um, does someone wanna tell her?)
- She wants to something with the climate (as if she doesn't emit 50x the carbon/ fossil fuels more than the average person in a year) because she "did so much research"!
- She also wants to "change the education system" because she "did so much research"!
- Mentions Oxford again cuz she can never let it go apparently
- Queer-baiting by teasing a video about her sexuality and love and relationships...we love to see it..

You spent a few weeks superficially learning a topic, Jade. Leave the education system to the teachers, psychologists, and school boards. And since her idea of solving the climate crisis is to "teach the president of BP about climate change," I don't think anyone has high hopes for her.
100k dollars for 4 years to do a fake degree and share a bathroom with 25 people?! Wow.

Please do not tell me they sleep side by side on these beds?! At this point you might as well share a double bed? There’s sharing a room and then there’s… this.
the first thing that comes to my mind: what kind of students get to sleep in rooms like that?! that looks more like a 5-star hotel or the flat of a super rich person. (answer: Minerva students obviously).

I don't know why she is acting it is a new revelation of hers,I am sure that she would have seen something on her social media about it or just read the news.

I do wonder what Jade is going to do when she leaves university as Minerva has been her personality for the last few years. She only really socialises with the Minervans (understandable because of the university adn them relocating all the time). I just always found it to be an odd and almost culty kind of university especially when the were doing nights where they would reveal their insecurties to everyone and they are isolated from everyone than another, not to mention the awful accommodation that they pay so much money for. I don't know how Jade is going to find herself relating to normal people or speak to them without mentioning that she went to Minerva and being one of those awful people, who have to tell you about how cultured that they are as they went to India on a gap year - you must know the type!

It's sort of ironic she's asking people whether they can relate to the feeling of having multiple homes. I'd bet the majority of uni students - the bulk of her audience I'd think - would do
I'd bet the majority has that feeling more than Jade does! She spends a couple of months in each place and then leaves, whereas regular students spend years in the cities they're studying in. I'd argue even post uni, your hometown is always your (one) home and your uni city is another and if you move after uni, that place can become home too, etc. Because you spend a considerable chunk of your life there and grow a lot, meet new people, etc! Spending a couple of months somewhere can definitely give you a special connection to that place (especially if you have a "normal" life there, e.g. go to classes irl or work and especially if you go on your own, not with the same group of people you've been to 5 other countries with), and it might feel similar to a home, but Jade was always basically a tourist in the places she lived. It feels preposterous for her to claim they're all homes to her, when the only place she's ever lived for a longer period of time / where she had a "regular" life, etc. is her parent's home

Fist of all, is she aware that posting pictures of random people to her huge following is not ok?

(great quality picture of Jade as usual)

It’s such a manipulation to call pretty unacceptable living conditions (for the amount of money they pay at least) „humbling”. Like you are the CLIENT of that scam uni and you are entitled to have some expectations for the money you pay. You can’t accept everything without a thought and call it „casual magic🦋” ffs. It pisses me off so much because it enables that prone to manipulation and scam mlm way of thinking which is just dumb.

Jade posting this on her story (how to be a better ally) after posting her usual “quirky” selfies at Pride really rubbed me the wrong way. She basically went to pride, which is not HER space to take, posted a bunch of “cute” photos, queerbaited the shit out of the event and then confirmed she’s only an ally. Disgusting behaviour 🤮. Pride is meant to celebrate a community that isn’t hers to take and certainly not to exploit for content.
