Okay im going to be devils advocate here but both shannen and her dad are adults who advocate for themselves. I do agree and I too would not be meeting someone who was vulnerable, but she genuinely can't catch a break!!!
Ah julie / friend of Julie, you obviously have no idea what it's like to have someone in your family with CANCER . My mam battled breast cancer and we had to check her temperature several times a day. My aunt is only finished treatment for breast cancer with possible spread to her lungs when patients go in for treatment they have to blindly trust that those around them are following guidelines, otherwise they put the ward and unit at risk.
Julie went to a party on Saturday night knowing that her dad was attending a cancer ward during the week, she put everyone in that ward at risk, its a disgrace

I loved following julie until recentlyToday i watched on rte player the show that was on the last 2 nights about covid in St James hospital in Dublin and how they treated people with the virus. If she saw those people dying no way would she put her father at risk. Maybe she needs to watch it. Very upsetting it was. It might give her a bit of a reality check

Julie will still only care about Julie, she says she cares about her dad but then she makes a fool out of him and puts him at risk of the virus?.....

It wouldnt be that hard to figure out I would say. Oncology consultants in the CUH. Especially if they know the type of cancer it could be a specialist. There are ways of finding these things out. Honestly It wouldn't surprise me. Its one person doing it all im thinking. And its not too hard to guess who...
lol you seem to know your stuff anyway ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

OK firstly im not her friend. It was an opinion. I also didn't know she went to a party. I didnt see that at all. I do understand how the wards and the trust works also, I am a nurse. I am not excusing her behaviour and to be quite honest I am disgusted that she went to a party. Thinking of her children also. But i do stand behind my opinion on adults being advocates for themselves.

Okay okay it was me ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ im a nurse so it is probably more obvious to me.

You can be an advocate for yourself once you know the facts, what about everyone attending Julie's dad cancer ward and all the staff who don't know the facts and cannot advocate for themselves?

You missed my point. Im saying shannen and julies father are responsible for themselves. Which they are. Julies father knew she attended the party. Yet still went for treatment. That's on him. Am I wrong?

Why donโ€™t you enlighten us all here on who you think it was. People are sick to the eyeballs of listening to her drivel over the last few weeks and then deleting peopleโ€™s comments on her igtv and blocking them. She needs a good taste of reality that one does. Cry all you want info your phone Julie cause everyone knows how Pattetic (pathetic) you are

You can say that but in MY experience people who are undergoing treatment ( my mam and aunt) trusted us around them to keep them safe, I don't believe that the Haynes family meeting ever took place, I just believe Julie did what she felt like and didn't box are for anyone else

Honestly my only issues with Julie is her abusing her brothers good nature and skating around guidelines, she should be protecting her dad at all costs, no matter what he says or wants. She seems to be a good mother, makes healthy meals etc for the kids. I have not seen anyone slag her dad or the twins tbh

You're probably right and the poor man probably didn't realise where she was going. Did she actually broadcast she was at a party in the middle of a pandemic? Bad enough she went to one but to cry about it then.

She put up pics of herself getting kissed by her friends wishing her happy fathers day. Obvious dig at the twins dad but it showed everyone that she wasn't social distancing in phase 2, the next few days she put her poor dad at risk and he attended a cancer ward. Then, once she got backlash for this she announced that the Haynes family had a meeting and decided they were not going to follow regulations about social distancing any more so duck the staff and cancer patients, Julie's ego is far more important
