thanks grumpy, I’ll def give it a go. yeah all my apps etc say I will start ovulating soon but obvs they think day 1 of my withdrawal bleed was CD1 when it’s not technically@JLXRD I didn’t, but I wish I had! Technically speaking, you should ovulate approx 14 days after CD1, but everyone is different. OPK’s should deffo help you work out how your body is working.
Even if they just confirm I haven’t ovulated yet when the app is predicting, I think that’s better than me wondering for potentially weeks
also then I won’t know if my period isn’t here because i don’t have a cycle yet or because I’m pregnant - not only do I not wanna get my hopes up but did not realise pregnancy tests are so expensive

Oh I’m sorry for your lossOn my first cycle of TTC again after a miscarriage in February. Have been tracking ovulation using clearblue, expected it to happen around day 11/12 based on previous cycles. On day 16 and it still hasn’t detected a surgenot sure if I ovulated early, or if happened without the test picking it up, if I’m ovulating late this month or just not ovulating at all!
I would keep testing, perhaps after the MC it’s taken a while for your cycle to get back into its rhythm, I’ve heard of many a person ovulating on CD22 for example. I would keep testing so you don’t miss the surge
You can of course not ovulate on a cycle too but I’m not sure how that works!Platform9.75

These are the tests I took at 5am, very happy but scared! Just praying it works out this time as I'm nearing my would have been due dateI'm not due on until tomorrow so won't count my chickens x

When are you testing/period due?They really can be obsessive, have you tried the CB digi? It’s much easier to read (whilst more expensive) and I did mine in the morning as it uses FMU so much easier for practicality, and then did the one step on an evening as a double measure. Can you take a small dish to work to use to pee in (if possible) to do one, or do one when you get home?
Just remember it’s whatever is normal for you - some people have very slow, on set surges over a few days and some people have rapid. Mine was a peak on CD13, and then by am CD15 it was low. But my test strip wasn’t ever super, super dark, but it was darker compared to my lows, if that makes sense. Good luck

I was extra thirsty when I was pregnant and drank soo much water but my pee was bright yellow every time. Wish I’d realised this instead of thinking I was dehydrated Honeybeetea

I’d try and at least wait until Thursday (so hard I know!) it might take a little longer for the HCG levels to be high enough. You’re not out yetI tested on Sunday (was due AF Thursday) with a clearblue digital so I can’t imagine it would get it wrong
I had similar with my last cycle, I thought I had completely missed my period and had several negative tests only AF to show up (v lightly) 3 weeks late! Fingers crossed for you x 🤍

No major symptoms. I had sore boobs for a day last week but I usually get that before AF. I did notice that I wasn’t getting any usual painful cramps, but thought it was in my mind. Sorry that’s not much help.Can I ask did you get any early symptoms ?

question for anyone who monitors BBT - I was feeling so hopeful because mine has been rising since my peak, but now I’m 11DPO and it dropped significantly this morning. Does this mean AF will turn up in the next couple of days? Or would I need to see a few days of low temp before AF? Felt so sad seeing it low today

I dip in and out of here so much! I try not to think about TTC too much.
I wanted some advice on the OPKs I’ve done so far this cycle.
I’ve had to work them around my shifts in work that’s why the times are here there and everywhere. But surely I should have had a peak by now or at least a high count after a peak?
would this mean I’ve not ovulated this month? My cycles pretty regular between 27-29 days I’m now on cycle day 20
I’ve felt a bit nauseous and light headed but that’s it! Last year before mc I had night sweats, super sore boobs and peeing every 5 mins so completely different

just hoping it’s our month as we’re moving house in 4 weeks mainly for more room for a baby/child!

@pinkstock i haven’t been doing BBT long enough but I would wait and see what it’s like tomorrow before I put anything in it, i feel like there is so much that can effect it. Keeping my fingers cross for you
My BBT has taken a massive drop today, so unless it’s up again tomorrow I think I will assume is still haven’t ovulated. day 9 of flashy face and cycle day 27.

Off to eat some biscoff out the jar
