Hi, yes you are getting on a bit, but please don't worry about it, I'm still here hoping to give birth before I hit 43
I only wish I was 32, or had managed to get pregnant at 32!!!
That message goes out to everyone here, I'm pretty sure I'm the oldest here, and when I had my boy, I was seriously old enough to be the mother of some of the other mums on the ward
Anyway, I'd probably also recommend the super expensive clear blue predictor tests. I got some from a cheap shop and 3 have failed on me today. Cheaper ones will do though, you only throw them away!
I got a load of them and started testing this month on day 8, thinking I'd really track my ovulation but I was surprised by quite a strongly positive result - I jumped on hubby even though neither of us could be arsed. I'm really thankful we did because today the positive result is starting to fade
. I'm seriously shocked, I really thought I'd just check every day this week and ovulate on day 14. So I'm really pleased I bought cheap tests and went ahead and tested myself with this attitude, I would definitely have missed out if I was being tight fisted with my clearblue tests
.
I've never bothered with an app, maybe it's worth comparing an app with your testing? I just feel the tests are a definite yes or no. Apps are written by computer nerds, hubby is a nerd & he's clueless
