It is sort of odd that that Tif and also her sister record so much but not such an important meeting??? At least for their own reference. Given her history of confusion after meetings I think the RM would suggest she record however I also know they don't want their operation plastered on YT. Apparently her surgeon's name is out there for her YT family and I think those nut jobs are probably sending him email etc. Surgeons don't have time for all of this...I also note that Matt clearly is not a fan of being in these videos and tolerates them but looks really put out. Honestly we don't really know how he is when she is not pointing that camera at him. If one of my family did that at a time like this I would not be responsible for my reactions.

I have gone back and she will not say a word about that. a good cancer channel gives a serious rundown of the lead up including signs they ignored or missed.
The surgeons email address is very easy to find. Its on one of his profiles. I am sure some of the whack jobs over on T's youtube channel will have emailed him to express their disappointment.

I don't think she has an eating disorder. She's thin, but not THAT thin, plus having cancer does cause people to lose weight. She eats a lot of takeaway and restaurant food and at home seems to have no trouble eating scrambled eggs, egg sandwiches, hash browns, croissants etc. Fattening stuff, in other words.
Exactly, she eats everything which is normal. She is thin that at her age normal too. Yes, cancer cell need fuel to grow.

I don't think she went through her treatment 'as if nothing'. She had a lot of pain and she was relying on morphine a lot.
Exactly, lots of vomiting, lots of bleeding, weak and her iron-ferritin levels must be really low. And these few weeks before the operation I guess they will try to strenghten her physical condition.

Not quite sure that was in the options she was told by the doctors though . They already know they have to remove the worst parts basically so there is almost zero chance they will close everything and give up … They didn’t discuss this option at all… The main uncertainty is the bladder …
I don´t think this can be called an "option" and that it needs to be discussed. I understand it more like a risk of failure that´s always there if there is more cancer found once the abdomen is open. It would mean a "stop sign" for the surgeon from an ethical point of view I guess.

Yes, Monique had HIPEC surgery the mother of all surgeries including PE. I know that from Insta. The most unfortunate thing she was going to her GP with bowel problems for years but was dismissed every time. Such a beautiful young girl it is really unfortunate. It must be very hard for her parents.
Monique didn't have PE you fucking tit. Jesus wept I sincerely hope you aren't actually a doctor if you can't even read.

Nearly 5pm UK time and no upload, do you think we'll get one today? I've never really noted if she puts videos up at a specific time.

During the surgery they do frozen sections of organs or areas they need to confirm are cancerous or not. Based on those results they either remove or leave them intact. The results come back quickly while the surgery progresses. That is why several different surgeons are needed In case some specialists in urology, gynaecology, plastics etc are needed. They do some reconstruction if needed, after a period of healing. The thickened new area higher up in the colon is a sad finding. I wonder if it was always there but didn't show up before WW. Good news that the lungs, liver and other distal areas are clear though.
Nat Woodward I believe was in a similar position, she actually kept her bladder but has to self catheterise, not easy and she has spoken of the struggle.Inhave to be honest, I think I too would for some reason find my bladder going more difficult to deal with.

In a few days she has had time enough to wrap her head around the news and she will be like: ok guys this really was not such bad news after all, it's probably no cancer and it doesn't matter if it grows cos it's not cancer right? Maybe I will have the surgery, but I've been thinking my sweetie pie surgeon wants to do it at the end of the year.. so there's no rush right? By the way what should I get Matt for christmas? A new cozy jumper perhaps? Oh and sssssst, we don't tell Amma everything just that this "thing" has come back and is grown and I need surgery perhaps... it's over the whole internet but Amma can't be told everything ok?
she should get him a pony and emma a tea set

OK appreciation post!

To the person who commented about the existence of Tattle Life in Tiffanythinks vlogs - tku! I'm so much more happier here than trying to get a word in there and then getting hounded by the Fox and Tick Brigade!
Fox is like the bouncer of a night club. Spamming that same sentence repeatedly. I hope Tiffany gets bored of reading the same notification from fox and blocks her.

Because it's the Royal Marsden,it's world class also her team are world class,do a bit of research and you'd know that, she is under the best care but she also has to accept that doctors also get sick, they have family emergencies etc, they are not immune from what the rest of us go through and will be unavailable sometimes, she's not the only person on their books and has to accept treatment from other teams, this doesn't make she is still not getting the best care available.
Yup. Even well respected oncologists and surgeons from the Christie in Manchester will often suggest second opinions from the Royal Marsden.

Those last few minutes showed a very weak woman about to enter a critical phase in her life? And again, she just happened to have the camera rolling for that moment?
The same way she managed to have the camera rolling when she was walking up the stairs, pain hit and she turned to her mum to ask her to go get her morphine?
The 'cliff hanger' moment was left with Tiffany staring at the camera looking scared. Whats the bet that Tuesday video will be some nonsense about returning the doorstop, making a cake so the house smells nice, asking which hot chocolate tastes the best, showing off some new slippers or some other stuff shes spent her earnings on.
Yes the videoing for max impact is definitely going on...but as this goes along it gets more and more sad to be videoing these private times.

I believe it's usually about 1 to 2 hours from now that I recall seeing videos uploaded, don't know exact time though.

She isn't going to have this one?
I thought she will have tpe+ hipec too

I didn't know she don't jabe peritoneal mets, I watch her videos but Im skipping a lots, because I can't stand her being so childish.

Even without hipec tpe is massive surgery, don't see her being mentally ready for it?
She struggled with recovery from such a simple thing like biopsy.
The standard operation for rectal cancer including T3, T4 tumor called Total Mesorectal Excision. I think she is going to have it. I don't think she has peritoneal metastasis, so probably she would not need HIPEC.

She doesn't listen. I'm sure her surgeon did not give her false hope. he more than likely laid out all the options and facts but she chooses to only hear what she wants to hear.
matt said the doctor said tiff can live her life without surgery because opertion is 12hrs

Still really sorry about my last post. I fucking hate getting information wrong.
Just needed to get that out.
Carry on gronks...
not there's no need to bring Gronkowski into it. ;)

I am also on the shame train after my flippant description of our princess heroine's future bum. Sorry!!

Right, she trusts him too much.
Whatever her surgeon is doing with Tiffany it is the result of a consensus gathered at the MDT meeting which includes HER ONCOLOGIST.
not saying she can't or shouldn't talk with her oncologist separately.
