Tiffany Thinks #33 Situations Scans Sneakiness and Subterfuge

New to Tattle Life? Click "Order Thread by Most Liked Posts" button below to get an idea of what the site is about:
I noticed when she was talking about the nodule she said "that nodule could have been there from the get go" and Matt started to say something but it was cut out fast. He was quiet through that whole segment in the car. Also they went to sister's house and oddly there was no video of that, not even baby talk with kids. Back in the car she started up the talk of the nodule again so I picture the sisters visit was another 'clown car' session hashing out what the details meant. She also looked distressed/fearful? something and I can't tell if it was an act or if this whole thing was her in that deep denial again trying to bury the reality of what she's heard? Clear as mud as usual.

... You are correct, T states the lung nodule she had removed was cancer, which means she was stage 4 at diagnosis. In one of your posts I think you said removing a nodule when its small would extend a patients life? Do you have a paper from a study to support that? If that was the case all stage 4 patients would be getting surgery everytime a new nodule/lesion/tumour popped up?
Yes! Ask, and thy shall receive!:). My comments did refer specifically to Tiffany's case, not 'all other stage 4 patients'. 'mCRC' in the following excerpt from the article cited below is metastatic colorectal cancer. Of course, not all metastases are resectable, and this article does state that the patients were 'highly selected'. With a single additional lung lesion, Tiffany is, presumably, in the resectable category.

Lung metastasis in mCRC
The lung is the second most common metastatic site in patients with CRC after the liver. It is reported that approximately 5%-10% of patients with CRC tend to develop isolated lung metastases. Pulmonary metastasis in mCRC is caused by hematogenous dissemination of cancer. In the CRC examinations, 20%-30% of patients are detected with indeterminate lesions in CT scans, but malignant lesions among them are reported in 10%-20% of patients[30].

In a systematic review of surgical resection of pulmonary metastases in patients with mCRC, pulmonary metastasectomy showed survival benefits with a 5-year survival rate of more than 50%[31]. In the highly selected patients, the median 5-year survival rate was 52.5%. It is known that prolonged survival after resection of lung metastatic lesions is comparable to improved oncologic outcomes of liver metastasis. Although the role of mediastinal lymphadenectomy in patients with CRC with lung metastasis is unclear, resection of lung metastasis with an adequate resection margin of 0.5-1.0 cm showed improved survival. The distribution of metastatic lesions and lymph node involvement should be considered before surgical resection.

... After T's vanishing 6mm liver lesion I am very skeptical of what Tiff says.
I didn't recall that Tiffany said that the liver lesion vanished. I thought that Tiffany had said that unless it changes, there is nothing to worry about because it didn't 'light up' on a scan. The 6mm liver lesion is still there, but who knows if it has grown a bit or not.

... She’s full of it and she’s a verified, documented, situational rat toothed liar, so nothing she says should be relied upon!
What a title that would have been!:D But, I think the title chosen was good because it's rather tame, since she may have even more health problems now.

She makes that hospital look very bad with all her lies. If it's going the way she describes those doctors are incompetent ... now we all know Tiffany likes to twist the truth around I don't believe a tiny nodule about the whole nodule drama. The way she portraits that medical team... ow they don't know if it was there all a long, they don't know and need another week to figure it out... she makes a joke out of that hospital and how they work. She should be very careful about what lies she's spreading on the internet.

It's so funny when you UK people start saying it's hot and it's still under 30. It was 27 today here where I am in Aus and it's Winter.
Heat and humidity together is dangerous because the body isnt able to reduce temperature by sweating and the sweat evaporating. Very different from “ dry heat.”

She def does make a joke out of the Royal Marsden group and has done all along with her lies and mis representation despite her trying to interject sometimes about what a wonderful team "she has". Damage limitation in her constantly lying about what they have told her.

Nora Nodule Christy being the latest in her click for money bait.

Even Judith looked stunned by her claims that the doctor had no clue really what was happening despite her waiting weeks for this face to face consultation and he shut up immediately.

For two medical professionals they really are thick as tit - or not - and that is worse.

Values and ethics Spec Savers ?? From your employees whether self employed or no??

Wonder do the Directors of the Spec Savers branches they are 'waaaking' in have a view on their representives giving such a dim view of the the most recent appointment and other treatment?

Some evidence on how her dolts talk about her medical team. We might need this at some point.
They criticise her doctors and assume the worst about them instead of a person who has no knowledge of cancer, does not do her research, does not ask pertinent questions and most importantly, is known to lie.

Negligent ill-prepared doctor.

Exactly LeonorG. So important to have this on record here because she will delete.

Tiffany Maurice Christy is having a direct effect on the reputation of the Royal Marsen group spewing her content to 100k plus subscribers and these comments are evidence of that.

She is smearing their reputation. She did it before too and never asked her subscribers to refrain from attacking her surgeon. She even publically shared when he was on holiday and that he was off sick.

She is too immature and irresponsible to have a health channel. She needs to stick with make up and buying and returning clothes.

I understand that but a good part of Aus is either wet tropics, tropics or sub tropics and we get humidity up to 98-99%. Most of the time it's 90% or higher here. I'm in the wet tropics and it's 94% humidity now and 25c, at 7am which is "cool." Couldn't get through summer here without aircon. Glad we've got it.

All those people are acting like they've never attended a specialist appointment in their lives. Even if the dr didn't have time to prepare for the appointment, he could bring up the results on screen and read the radiology reports while the patient is sitting there. This is common practice. They would rather call a Dr incompetent than accept Tiffany's bending of the truth.

Right, her God surgeon had back pains; But hey, it's HER life on youtube, what she reveals about other people and other's privacy doesn't matter to her... as long as princess can say whatever she wants, lie about whatever she wants and her lovin' TT family don't ask questions.

I do hope Nora Lung Christy will be removed in some way, FREE NORA!! This nodule has the right to leave T's buddy and become totally independent.

Def not. No-one else's privacy matters.

Not her unconsenting niece and nephew.

Not her Doctor who had a bad back and was off sick (everyone knows who he is - the God surgeon).

Not Judith's elderly grandfather that she tried to make a side show of.

Not the patient she gave out about talking about their lung nodule that made her leave volunteering (as if this person wouldn't know who the witch was talking about and breaking their confidence as a patient)

Nor anyone else that is collateral damage In Royal Marsden for side show bobs holiday/make up/ keeping 2 houses fund when she waaaks about 3 days a month.

Her PIP helps to of course. And the money she took of the bank and never paid back.

But, just do what makes YOU super happy dear.

I looked at the comments and it is horrific how many TiffanyThinks followers believe that the Royal Marsden doctors failed to do the obvious review of her prior scans when her latest scan showed a “new” lung module.

It’s emotionally difficult for doctors to care for cancer patients given how many patients die from cancer. The Royal Marsden doctors being burdened by unfair accusations of incompetence from people on YouTube who are getting inaccurate information fromTiffanyThinks is horrific. If TiffanyThinks had any integrity she would have deleted her latest video to get rid of those comments and posted a new video that better explained the situation.

TiffanyThinks is damaging the credibility of her Royal Marsden doctors to maximize the money she makes from YouTube. I don’t think RM will, take any action on this because they would not want to be perceived as “attacking” a young cancer patient. This is far far worse than her clickbaiting and delaying medical updates to get more video views.

I meant to post this on the old thread so it would go with the conversation but I’m in the middle of treatments and had a rough one also a heat way of 100 degree days . I was a fan way back before her cancer. When she was diagnosed one of the first things she said was she didn’t want to loose her hair to chemo. She wasn’t worried would she die, or would she be sick, or would never see her nephew or niece grow up it was all about her hair. I believe she is that vain and the reason she only had the one round of chemo is it was one that most do not loose their hair on. She said on her childish song song multiples times that her chemo (she named the bottle but I can’t remember the name) and how she wouldn’t loose her hair. I truly believe she is so vain if any other type is offered she would decline it to save her hair that she thinks is all that when in fact it’s a rats nest. I think it was suggested after her huge surgery it almost always is ( i refuse to say the name I don’t believe she had all she claims to have had) and I think she turned it down why because she is stupid and vain

I think I remember someone here saying Jenny Rice is a follower of TT? JR's most recent video is about YTubers in general but referring to one in particular and how she is being criticized for just "living my life" and vlogging it. She is defending the concept of after cancer just vlogging your life...JR does that now. The title is "Am I naive" and I think Jenny may be in terms of what TT has been up to for years. I think she has not been watching for very long. There are two options with cancer vloggers...you follow the critical times and then if things go well back to life....or they die. Most lose viewers with the" life as usual "phase and that is just human nature.
Jenny unfortunately loves the rodent

In T's case I would have pushed for chemo or a targeted inhibitor after surgery. I would even consider trials.
Although you are right. Quality of life is always taken into consideration too.
After T's vanishing 6mm liver lesion I am very skeptical of what Tiff says.
I think she was and turned it down

25 for me is almost jumper and boots 🤣!
Like @pinkbubblegum, our winter temps are in the low to mid 20’s and at this temperature, I feel cold if the wind blows too strongly.

Complete change of subject here, but does anyone remember NoFanny saying a few months back now that she got the question right for the UK series of 1% Club?
