Hallelujah to the person that sent her the message saying she’s a grabby c*** - it’s true? I don’t feel sorry for her- you know the rules? I took the CB until I went back to work and then declined it, my hubby is self employed and earns nothing but i knew if i earned over £50k I couldn’t have it, so I didn’t. I said in an earlier post, don’t blame it on dyslexia, she’s actually pretty stupid. I wish she didn’t speak to camera, it’s cringe, bring back the gurning! And good on tge person sending her the message, i didn’t think she read any of her messages!

This weird little ad keeps popping up on my feed too. Anyone else see it? Looks like over 20,000 people have so I can’t be the only one. View attachment 8651It’s quite an expensively produced TV sort of ad featuring Erica Davies and her Hillary’s blinds. The weird thing is it doesn’t show on EDs feed or on Hillary’s main feed it just pops up as a sponsored post and then disappears into the ether. But clearly ED’s shutters are all either gifted or an AD from Hillary’s, including the ones in her newly decorated play room (that mural, my eyes 😫). These haven’t ever been disclosed on her feed even though the playroom was done only a few months ago. This is so misleading for anyone aspiring to a lifestyle and home like theirs.
I get this all the time but probably because I only follow instamums. Surprised I get ads as i dont post anything or have anyone who follows me

How the hell is CT even entitled to tax credits? Seriously! I am a single mum earning barely over £30,000 a year and I'm not entitled to any extra help. They are scroungers, the lot of them.
It’s not tax credit, it’s child benefits

It’s not child benefit. You have to file that yourself, then the bill comes just before Christmas and has to be paid before the end of January (I know that from personal experience).
And if it’s child tax credits, they must have a very creative accountant. The threshold for that has been lowered year upon year. A friend has 3 kids and an income of around £30,000 and doesn’t get anything.
It is child benefit, they were entitled to it at some point and you have to notify HMRC when you go over the threshold as HMRC doesn’t automatically stop the payment.
As C wasn’t aware, she didn’t let them know and she now has to repay what has bd overpaid

Yes we are all now well aware it was child benefit thanks, but in her first story SHE said it was tax credits not child benefit. And it's really neither here nor there - it's still utter stupidity to assume the tax office will kindly work it all out for you and stop giving you the money. She should know better as a self employed business woman. It's all explained perfectly clearly on the Hmrc website.

Everyone can make mistakes. She doesn't deserve to get called a c*unt for it. What is utterly stupid is sharing it online to unknown numbers of strangers and then trying to make it into a public service announcement/ try to garner sympathy.

I think that these Instagramers really are highlighting their middle class white privileged lifestyle by thinking that people are put on the earth to do things for them.

CT with the tax office being magically able to know when their earnings reach a certain limit.

SD - don’t buy her flowers brought this home to me today with her adoption stories. Her family looked after fostered and adopted kids and it gave HER so much empathy. These children were not there for HER benefit, but that wasn’t what she talked about. It was about how much she gained from them. Total middle class white privledge in action.

MOD trying to be relatable about solo parenting - she has no idea.

How disorganised is CT not to see that crediting in her account each month and also to actively select that she didn’t receive child benefit in her tax return. I assume that’s why she’s been fined.
Plus so thoughtless to disclose that her income is over £50k now, I assume she thinks that’s normal for her followers so thought nothing of saying it. Shows what a bubble she is living in.

And the letter was for payments in 2016. So she's been earning £50k+ for last three years, obviously getting in so much money that she didn't even notice the child benefit each month.

How is Mercer7 out again tonight?! Opening of bleedin envelope that one
Gosh, why do so many people go out and spend half their time on their phones, taking pics of drinks etc?

I’m too busy enjoying myself and catching up with friends when I’m out.

At what point do Influencers decide what is worthy enough to story ?

Take Clemmie T, dreaming of a jacket potato all day , throws it in the oven then is too impatient to wait for it to cook so eats cereal then laments about not microwaving the potato and pulls her standard ‘constipated as duck’ face.

What the actual duck!

I thought exactly the same.

Doesn’t StephDBHF have a jacket potato obsession? Maybe CT is doing a weird nod to that? Clutching at straws here 😂

They will all be out at pink houses book launch tonight. It is all the London lovies or the rich ones that can afford the train fairs from the Home Counties darling!

Instagram makes the rich richer look at ultimate Girl Gang who is loaded. She is always getting gifted stuff.

Well that’s selfish mother shouting out about people copying her brand and others. Last I checked mama wasn’t copyrighted by her? Also maybe if your jumpers weren’t £50 then more people would buy from you rather than the high street because last I checked you’re always banging on about how you’re not priviledged and you hate all the Tory austerity etc but you don’t really seem to have an inclusive brand? Champagne socialist much? I think people want to wear mama across their chests, they’re not thinking wow that’s a copy of a selfish mother top? Also next/ASDA etc all copied scamp and dude and there was an uproar but then the bills needed paid and a freebie lunch is offered up and they’re all running back to the big bad brands? There was a jumper in M&S recently, a tiger stripe one that “was identical to anine bing” one so you should all buy it because it’s great value - so it’s ok for a big company to copy another big company? I’m just gobsmacked at the irony of it all?

Motherlikenother too complaining that Paperchase has Mother Like No Other on one of their products for mothers day. I mean?!! we have used this term since childhood talking about our mum since the 80s she can’t just get in a huff about that. Que the pity party on stories and all the other instamums she sends free jumpers rally around her posting how unfair it is to the small brand. Then next they’ll be at a party..for Paperchase. They have no loyalty, just taking the buck.
So attention seeking the lot of them

She might want to have a word with Etsy then because there are over 2300 products tagged with “mother like no other” on there. Same with NOTH, Amazon etc, they all stock products with it on, I don’t think she invented the phrase?

They make out they like to support small businesses but really they just support wherever the gifts come from. They don't care what it costs if its free. They also seem beyond the thought that a moon shape or a lightening bolt has been round since before instagram.

They are just unbelievably out of touch. CT and her £70 gifted sweatshirt 'oh you should buy as it goes to surfers against sewage'. The mother like no other sweatshirts and mama sweatshirts that I've only seen on instamums, because so few people would pay that much to look like a self obsessed moron while walking round tesco. I did see a woman once with 'mama to boys' on hers and felt embarrassed for her. She looked pretty embarrassed too. Let's not forget the £30 leopard print candles.

The run up to Mothers Day is now in full swing on the gram, we have to watch wealthy but exhausted Instamums get over their tough life of freebies and selfies by being given yet more freebies for them to take selfies with.
