The “set point” thing is a load of bullshit. For the most part, your “normal” body weight set point is just a reflection of your average calorie consumptionI don't like seeing "Health at Every Size" stuff that makes the argument that there is no such thing as a healthy body weight, the BMI is "racist" etc. But especially annoyed today with someone posting that she had lost a lot of weight while told to follow a diet for pregnancy-related diabetes, but "I won't keep this thinner body, it's just not my set point." If you put on a lot of weight after your pregnancy it will be because YOU went back to bad eating habits
