I am under no illusions that’s Kaytees lifestyle is typical, but that’s why she raised eyebrows for a while, even before she started doing all the ads it was clear this wasn’t a single mum living off benefits putting everything on credit cards. The minimum repayment for enough to cover a holiday to Dubai would be enough that other mums in her situation would be struggling to eat, but she’s there with her constant Uber eats deliveries.
so many people are struggling to make ends meet and having someone saying they’re living off benefits with their disabled son and going on all these holidays is just fuelling the daily mails lies.

The problem with having a friend as a carer is that if something goes wrong or a mistake is made, the friendship will end and she’ll be back to begging for help.
I get the impression that she thinks she can do things better without continuing care and working her 2 shifts a week. But the influencer market is fickle and she’ll burn through that go fund me money so fast, especially with her obsession with designer items.

Her friend allegedly quit her job and got offsted registered before she got confirmation she was losing carers so what was she going to do if she did get to keep them?
I am totally expecting this to not end well

That’s what she wants in the long run. To become ‘insta famous!’ If she leaves her job, it’s likely she won’t be able to work as a nurse again. In order to be registered you have to prove continued practice over a period of time to avoid deskilling.

Another dig and her sons dad today. I don’t think she likes not having control of everyone and everything in her life. She comes across as the sort to go mad if you don’t answer the phone to her right away.

Her sons dad lives in London and she lives in Nottingham, I’d assume they wouldn’t expect the carer to travel?

Her reasoning for needing carers is less her sons medical need and more hers (is the impression I get). His feed/meds routine starts at 6am and ends at midnight. She says she’s unable to cope with the sleep she can get around this and will make mistakes with his feeds and meds.

Where are they off to now? I’ve not even bothered with her stories today

The carers have stopped and the dad has let them down....she is better off than so many. 1) Pay for help through the GoFundMe page 2) or the thousands of pounds you make from ads. She is better off than so many but would have anyone believe she's not

All of a sudden he’s enrolled into nursery and has specialist transport to get him there. I know the answer is probably that he’s now eligible for the specialist school based on his age but why not say that? Why not mention that even though she’s trying to get him into a private nursery he’ll soon be eligible for this other one?

The whole friend training to care for her son is weird too. I wonder if she revealed too much when in London. Again, why not say the carers are being removed but my friend has kindly offered to do XYZ which means it won’t be SO bad.

She is 100% gearing up to quit her job, long before she found out the carers we’re going to be removed.

Thing is to do bank nursing you need a certain amount of years experience I think.

I’ve just thought too... if her friend becomes carer, how will Kaytee pay for her?

*Edit* I stand corrected, there are some companies that will accept 6 months experience.

She will be a terrible nurse though. No experience, 6 months of 2 days a week is nothing. This is why to move on to another job they ask for 3-4 years in your previous role.

Could you imagine her as an A&E nurse? She would be one of those that triages and writes her opinion rather than what she’s told as triage notes.

I’m not a nurse, but I am a registered medical practitioner (I wont reveal too much ) and I do work with a lot of nurses. Most are fantastic but there’s always that one and Kaytee will be that one.
