We did EveryPlate for about a year and I loved it, but that was when it was just my husband and myself. My husband has always been a great cook (I can cook too, I just hate it) and making the box meals reinvigorated his love of cooking and since then he pretty much makes every single dinner from scratch. The box meals were just easy for me, someone who hates cooking (I seriously take no joy out of it, but I LOVE to bake) but wanted to help my husband out and make a few meals a week.

There is absolutely no reason why Jenn can't seem to branch out from the box meal recipes and start figuring out her own recipes other than she's lazy and this is an easy option. Which is fine, but does not make you a gourmet bleeping chef, stans.

The sinkhole vlog has the same number of views (even though it's from 4 days ago) as the Littlest Fry Eater vlog and Villain House and We Don't Mean Our McMansion vlog. Which means there will continue to be more people confused about the mysterious lady that accompanies them everywhere.

The whole point of the boxed meal service is to build up a library of dishes you like, and then use those recipe cards ON YOUR OWN

I mean....this is patently false, lol. Why would a company be comfortable with their business model being "Use us for awhile, then stop. It's fine."? That may be a very valid way to use them, but of all the valid things we can criticize the dumb ass Trackers for, it's that they pay for a service..?

I don't know, there are two people who utilize Food Kits.

People who have no interest in buying and prepping meals.

People who want to learn how to cook, but want curated recipes to get comfortable with and then use the recipes and tips in their regular cooking going forward.

Like they order the same recipes again and again because they like it, instead of just saving the recipe card and purchasing and prepping items on your own, it's kind of counter intuitive.

She can't cook well. Especially if she is wanting to try to keep up the vegan interest. It's extremely hard to stay vegan unless everything was pre-portioned out for you and ready. Better than a hamburger or hot dog. But they don't seem to like the meal kits much?

Can I ask an OT question? Does anyone have links to homes they’ve rented in the Disney area that are clean and they’ve enjoyed staying at (that aren’t villain themed). We are looking at saving money by not staying on property this time and there’s just so much to filter through!

You know one night just ONE NIGHT I'd love to be able to cook with just lifting things out a box an throwing them in the oven or in a pan, she makes it seem like it's a lot of work to do somthing so easy an simple, tonight I made orange chicken with fried rice an prawn toast, all from scratch, no ingredients all ready measured out for me, chicken had to be cut an prepped etc, plus the kitchen looked like a torandao swept through it, but I can say the kitchen now is back to pristine condition an the meal was good
Bet it was good though!

Hold everything!! Here own cooking channel? LOL  LOL
Goodie... I need the recipe for pizza eggs! 🍕🥚

Sooo many recipe sites online. She's just lazy. They seem to think money is the answer to everything. It's nice to have, but unless you have an awful lot of it, you still have to do some of your own work. I honestly don't know how they're not bored and unfulfilled.

I hear there's a house over in Lake Nona that the owners are rarely home at if you want to try squatting for free.
Oh, it's a mess? Nevermind. :ROFLMAO:

No advice on houses for rent, but have you looked into renting DVC?

I think the reason why TTT hasn't changed their logo is 2 parts. First part, simple, they're lazy as duck. Second part, they will have to finally admit they are a family vlog channel, and not a channel focusing on theme park content. We've all known for a while that they don't focus on theme park content, they just happen to be at a theme park with their child. YT is very vague about how it goes about marking videos/channels as 'safe for kids.' But those videos/channels that are marked 'safe for kids' have to abide by COPPA. It's pretty rare that any channel actually gets flagged for abusing the COPPA rules, but there's still that slim chance. These 2 don't want to take that chance, so they leave their channel as is. The about tab on their YT page still states '...a channel that helps you plan out all aspects of your travels...focus on all things tourism...From Disney to Universal we have you covered...' That alone is so far from what they actually upload, and the content they show is just pure BS.

I have been thinking about it just because we do really love the “Disney bubble” and SSR is actually my kids favorite property and I know I can probably rent from there. Do you suggest going through somewhere like David’s or a Facebook group?

We didn't stay in house (I think they only have townhouses - or at least when we stayed) but we stayed in a townhouse in the Storey Lake area. The townhouse was great, there was a pool and a lazy river and fairly close to the parks.

We rented SSR through Red Week and eBay before. It worked out great. Of course there were some crazy deals before COVID when we did that. Now, not so much.

We stayed in a one bedroom at SSR last April thanks to a crazy Covid deal. We were really spoiled by the amenities and it’s making it hard for me to book somewhere smaller now.

David's is okay but I'm personally biased against them and it has nothing to do with their business model.

I'd look in the DVC rental forum on the Disboards. Many really good owners still rent through there, I rented through there a few times before buying in many years back. Just be sure to ask for references. Avoid newer member renters. The longer people have been members the easier it is to judge their personality by looking at past posts.

I may have some points coming up I have to use or loose. If I have to rent, I'll go through the Disboards.

We love SSR. Love that it is walking distance to Disney Springs, love the grounds, love the pools. Hard to stay elsewhere when we could get it so cheap back then. I am talking like $100 a night or so for a week. 😳 The second time it was higher, but still a great deal.

I made pizza eggs once. Didn't have enough leftover pizza for an actual meal, so gave it a shot.

It was, well, pizza mixed with eggs. Not awful, but also not something I'll ever try again.

I feel like these two are going to get dementia early. They do the same tit every day and don't do anything that challenges their brain. They don't even have legit consistent hobbies (eating and sleeping and shopping don't count). I feel like their brain cells are just dying off and jumping ship and no new synapses are being created.
Dim: yeah

Seriously though. They get SO much wrong in many videos. Things I know from being interested in Hawaii, airline industry, Disney, etcwhich is not related to my job at all. They have NO intellectual curiosity at all. tit like “is Boma open” yes you fuckwits it’s been open since summer. Other vloggers bothered to go, at least know it is open. 🤦‍♂️
